@TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

@TalkTalk They don’t bother replying. Talk talk are awful for customer service. This is the 4th time I’ve had bad issues. I will not be renewing once my year is up. Avoid.

@bt_uk My understanding was this was provided to keep to compensate for the failure to transfer over the service. I will give it back to the engineer if they show up. Appreciate BT is busy. Do you want to cancel my contract now so I can go to @vodafone or @TalkTalk?

@TalkTalk More issues with TalkTalk, an engineer now cancelled for tomorrow with less than 24hours notice. The message says to call you and you're closed!! Do you actually know what you are doing? Please reply to me DM asap as I now have to re-arrange my plans

@TalkTalk I'm tired of calling back and forth. Ever since installing your router in my new home I've never had constant WiFi. Its becomingvery annoying now. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting. Arrrrrgh 😠😠😠😠 I'm sorry but I'm at the end of my teather with your service.

@CruisingTheCut I am in Gloucestershire and have been with TalkTalk for years. I know they don’t have the best rep and maybe aren’t they cheapest but it works for me. I work from home so reliability is paramount. Sorted out a property connex issue recently with no charge.
