Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

Unsurprisingly it’s has STILL continued dropping, with it having dropped 4 times in the last two hours.

I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

Each time I'm assured contract cancelled but keep getting messages from outreach about installation. When I phone you contract never been cancelled. Diabolical.

Megan Bendall (@Meganthebendall) reported@TalkTalk my Internet is so bad and cuts out regularly for 12 odd hours. I can barely load your twitter page. I've tried everything, changing plug ins, resetting, changing passwords but always says Weak Security and is unbelievably slow.

MartinS01 (@MartinScholes01) reported@realsb4feelings Two mobile phones (one heavily used for work) broadband (used for work, so high capacity) plus free landline and an expensive extra device, this comes to about £114 a month with Vodafone. Unlike TalkTalk, VERY minimal connection problems.
