    @TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

    @TalkTalk currently on hold with your customer service and waiting an agent on chat! Been like this for hours/days. Terrible, I think I might make you wait for my payment! I NEED SOME ASSISTANCE PLEASE! 2 teenagers pecking my head!

    I have far more important things to be doing than holding for @TalkTalk again. I am so fed up with them... they've just answered, but it never ends in a reliable service. It's just useless, I've wasted hours on it...

    @TalkTalk I've had several issues over a number of weeks with no access to emails however I have now had my issue resolved by a case manager called Kez. I would like to acknowledge his professionalism and customer care skills. Thank you Kez

    @YardleyShooting @TalkTalk Been there, done that. I tried to ping the chief executive on her LinkedIn account: no response. But then again, all telco service providers seem to have agreed amongst themselves to be equally crap. #telcocartel

    dear @TalkTalk I have been on chat for over an hour and a half with your customer suport team to dispute an incorrect charge on my bill. Your billing team says they can't help, but the technical team can! And the chat keeps sending me back to billing. #fail

    @TalkTalk @YardleyShooting Mines not up and I’m seriously getting so mad with TalkTalk it going off all the time. I pay but don’t get the service. I’ve done all the checks at home. Last time it went off they sent a new router 2 weeks ago. But no internet again from yesterday morning. So no problem my end.

    @TalkTalk Thanks for the offer but there is no need. I have left amd am content with my current provider and would not consider talktalk in future. The company should have been more willing to listen when there was a problem and realise that there is a choice
