@TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

@TalkTalk No, as I'm not a TT customer. But emails to my friends who are (TT and lineone, which I believe is now part of TT anyway) are no longer bouncing, so I presume they're getting through now.

@eastvfx i had fuckign **** talktalk for 6 months and when i was oging to change the internet was fine now virgin media not as bad as talktalk used to be but still sometimes gives me 100 ping pubs cba my area is ****

Fair does to the guy at Sky who tried really hard to find a resolution and was as helpful as he could be ("I'd say this was a bit of a pickle, but it's more of a cucumber"). All 5 TalkTalk people I've spoken to today on the other hand have been incompetent & rude.

@TalkTalk our broadband was supposed to go live Tuesday. After waiting since December for an installation appointment. There’s been no updates or communication from either open reach or talk talk really unhappy with the service provided
