Susan Barrie (@SusanJBarrie) reported from Troon, Scotland@TalkTalk how many times do I have to phone up to cancel contract and installation date for that to actually happen? Each time I'm assured contract cancelled but keep getting messages from outreach about installation. When I phone you contract never been cancelled. Diabolical.

Chris Reid 💙🏆 (@Chrisfrom3TFM) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland@TalkTalk I received a replacement router last week due to my internet constantly dropping, as I was told this was the most likely place for the issue to be occurring. Unsurprisingly it’s has STILL continued dropping, with it having dropped 4 times in the last two hours.

-
Susan Barrie (@SusanJBarrie) reported from Troon, Scotland@TalkTalk I have called 4 times already to cancel. Why couldn't they do it the first time. Why should I have to keep calling. More to the point, why AREN'T they annealing when they say they are? Total joke.

Chris Reid 💙🏆 (@Chrisfrom3TFM) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland@TalkTalk guys this is getting ridiculous now, almost on a daily basis I’m suffering drops in my internet (I was sent a replacement a few weeks ago) because I was having the same with my previous router… it’s getting to the point I’m thinking of looking elsewhere for my service

Chris Reid 💙🏆 (@Chrisfrom3TFM) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland@TalkTalk good morning, yet again the same as last week at around 1 a.m. this morning for over an hour my Wi-Fi Hub went down and wouldn't reconnect even if I switched it off or reset it. Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

angela pring (@homegoal) reported@TalkTalk Customer service is absolutely shocking , I’ve been without my broadband for 7days and counting. Keep being told to be patient and it will be fixed tomorrow which it then isn’t
-
Bill Graham (@graham69717) reported@entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
-
Carly Louise Abbott (@CarlyLouiseGlen) reported@WeAreOpenreach As per my original message... It's Openreach that keep cancelling coming out to fix the fault ! So what good is trying to go back to Talktalk when the fault is with Openreach?!
-
Angela (@angelajazz2) reported@TalkTalk Facebook. Was referred to the support on the website and an agent who left me there for 45mins
-
Mary Holmes (@maryholmes61) reported@TalkTalk what is happening with the email service? I can't log in! And who is Everymail?
-
Kerrie (@WF2K_) reported@llqdave @TalkTalk @TalkTalkGroup They did that to me as well until I sent them a blunt response. And no, talking to customer service on here doesn't help much at all. They have less access than those on webchat and email etc.

Catherine Arthur (@CatArthurian) reportedUpdate... They want my 82 yr old mum to send a speed test result by connecting the computer (upstairs) to the router (downstairs) via ethernet cable (which they don't have). 🤨 I explained that they won't be able to do that - they don't have a laptop, and it's not practical to unplug their pc and relocate it next to the router - they just can't physically do it. TalkTalk were not interested and insist it's the only way they can check if they are not receiving the correct speeds – although they did tell me during my first call that they could see the speed was only 12mbps...🤔 They will send an ethernet cable by post anyway, or could send someone out to do it – £150 call out fee. Never mind. Contract ends in October and won't be renewed... Nice service for the elderly, what?
-
Deano (@mezza_68) reported@TalkTalk You must have the worst customer service of ANY company we have ever dealt with. 3 attempts to get a new router, got through security each time. Complaints team call - surprise surprise, the security details don’t match. Call me cynical but it’s a quick way to resolve!
-
Darren Jenkins (@Villa51Darren) reported@TalkTalk @Ofcom since “planned maintenance “, my 90 yr old visually impaired, widowed mum has been left without a house phone line working for 12 days. Daily updates to say not fixed is not good enough in a modern tech world for an extremely vulnerable customer. DO NOT USE/Help!

Danni ^•w•^ (@somemintbunny) reportedmy favourite thing about talktalk is how when you log in online it just doesnt work and sends you back to the login page
