@TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

@TalkTalk what poor customer service you provide. I have just been lied to by one of your customer service representatives who didn't listen to what I was saying and tried to say he couldn't transfer a call because of covid. Time to change provider.

@TalkTalk After spending 2 hours on Friday going through 1st support checks for no Internet. It came online and the person who was just about to book an engineer after confirming a fault said now no need. Today after it being down again since 5pm yesterday. I've done it all

@TalkTalk I’m not here to find out what’s going out with my internet anymore, it’s clear you couldn’t care less. I’m here to let everyone on the internet know how bad you are as a service provider, so they don’t make the same mistake we did. You suck.
