@TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

@vodafone @talktalk Both of you want my contract but each of you direct me to a number that cuts off when I dial it. If I didn't know better I'd think neither of you give a **** as long as you get my money. Which one of you should I trust?

@TalkTalk Karl left a rely to my Trustpilot review and suggested I contact TT at Twitter or Facebook. I had no service from March 21st to 27th, then none from August 16th to 26th. In march I was told I reported the fault too late, I've been told I reported August's problem too...

@TalkTalk which is what is wrong with the world right now. Talk talk as a company should be trying to help me instead of put me into more debt! Not impressed and I would certainly not recommend talk talk as a company.

@TalkTalk not impressed, I was late with my payment plan by a few days and now your customer service team is telling me they cannot help and they suggest I ‘borrow’ money to pay the rest of my bill putting me into more debt. 1/2
