@TalkTalk Rico is a real credit to your customer service team. I wasn't the account holder but he still managed to guide me through the connection difficulties and called out a open reach engineer who fixed the issue today.

Hi @TalkTalk I just wanted to let you know that I have been delighted by your broadband service, but I notice that you advertise on the new GB News channel, and I will be cancelling my contract with you if this continues to be the case. Many thanks

@ashleyjsmills @TalkTalk I think you're mentally ill because TalkTalk said no such thing. And the agents are just doing their job, they are trying to help but you're not letting them, you need to learn how to communicate with people.

@TalkTalk you're not willing to assist, you are not listening. There is an outage in Sturry, everyone on the residents group is reporting this regardless of provider but you are still asking to "check my line". Ask BT what is going on and get this sorted out please and stop wasting my time
