    @TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

    @Mandi_Riseman It's probably the router that's at fault - the signal from the exchange is similar whoever the provider. Some talktalk routers were awful.

    There's no doubt about it @TalkTalk are the biggest bunch of ***-holes to ever pretend to be a phone company. Just gone into a new contract with them after our old one ended (loyalty!!!) and they increase the cost of their calls boost. **** the lot of you. #talktalk #consumer

    @TalkTalk Gerard, thanks but no thanks. We spent two hours on live chat setting up our new account and I really cannot be bothered going through all this rubbish again. I'll suck up the increase and put it down to experience - a bad one.
