@TalkTalk I received a replacement router last week due to my internet constantly dropping, as I was told this was the most likely place for the issue to be occurring. Unsurprisingly it’s has STILL continued dropping, with it having dropped 4 times in the last two hours.

@TalkTalk good morning, yet again the same as last week at around 1 a.m. this morning for over an hour my Wi-Fi Hub went down and wouldn't reconnect even if I switched it off or reset it. Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

@TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

@TalkTalk No, we‘ve never used you. Sorry for the bluntness of my tweet, unsubscribing to endless emails everyday gets tedious and I couldn’t see which link is the unsubscribe (there seems to be 2 links hidden under there) so my patience wore thin. IT may want to check the email coding.

@TalkTalk Hi Rico, our landline is 01892 838420. It doesn't work and hasn't done in nearly a week. The call centre team seem to think it's a handset issue but it isn't and we are convinced it is exchange related. Broadband is working.
