    @TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

    @TalkTalk website, nowhere a customer support email to be found. Chat not working or connecting. Really we expect better from such company. Very disappointed and I will share publicly my experience with others on twitter so people know what they are getting for their money.

    @TalkTalk, I am very disappointed with the call I got with customer support. I want to cancel my subscription. When I called from abroad, I put in hold for 1h30 to be told to send an email. However I was not given the email to contact.

    @DavidGArnold @bt_uk Funny how I’ve had problems with not only BT themselves in the past but also Openreach and Plusnet (both BT companies)?! TalkTalk also come under the BT umbrella so have avoided them like the plague! And everyone else’s (bar Virgin) come over the BT network! #monopolyanyone

    @wildwelshpete @TalkTalk Already moving in may and multiple other people leaving the estate just because of the poor broadband and signals.

    Declan from @TalkTalk is very unprofessional laughing down the phone well talk talk you've lost me as a paying customer I'm going over to virgin as you customers services is terrible
