@TalkTalk I have been locked out my online account as my email address has been closed down. I am going round in circles trying to access my account. I need to change my settings on my broadband to allow me to work from home. Please help!!! I have tried to phone but keep getting cut off.

@SueHolderness I was with EE for some time with no problems. Now with TalkTalk, cheaper and no issues with either, despite them getting bad press in the past

@TalkTalk 'volumes of ticket' is your problem. You agreed to provide 150 Fibre to my home. In the past month I've had repeated disconnections and in this week I've had only 1/3 of minimum guaranteed speed as well as disconnections. 3 different engineers visists in 2 weeks and no fix yet.

@TalkTalk @Ofcom You could have helped by answering a straightforward question from a customer. I asked whether FTTP was available to my home. Instead of an answer a demand for unnecessary personal information from your customer service representative was made. They insisted: I refused. Next?
