Unsurprisingly it’s has STILL continued dropping, with it having dropped 4 times in the last two hours.

Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

Each time I'm assured contract cancelled but keep getting messages from outreach about installation. When I phone you contract never been cancelled. Diabolical.

Yes (@BrainOnSidewalk) reported@TalkTalk My speeds have dropped from around 60mbs to a measly 12mbs today. Did a network stability test to see if there were any issues but it found none. Can you help?

When I said "how is someone trying to break into my network using a DoS attack using my WiFi password?" Her response was to reset my router to factory settings....
