-
Susan Barrie (@SusanJBarrie) reported from Troon, Scotland@TalkTalk I have called 4 times already to cancel. Why couldn't they do it the first time. Why should I have to keep calling. More to the point, why AREN'T they annealing when they say they are? Total joke.

Susan Barrie (@SusanJBarrie) reported from Troon, Scotland@TalkTalk how many times do I have to phone up to cancel contract and installation date for that to actually happen? Each time I'm assured contract cancelled but keep getting messages from outreach about installation. When I phone you contract never been cancelled. Diabolical.

Chris Reid 💙🏆 (@Chrisfrom3TFM) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland@TalkTalk guys this is getting ridiculous now, almost on a daily basis I’m suffering drops in my internet (I was sent a replacement a few weeks ago) because I was having the same with my previous router… it’s getting to the point I’m thinking of looking elsewhere for my service
-
Chris Reid 💙🏆 (@Chrisfrom3TFM) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland@TalkTalk good morning, yet again the same as last week at around 1 a.m. this morning for over an hour my Wi-Fi Hub went down and wouldn't reconnect even if I switched it off or reset it. Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?
-
CC (@CartnerCourtney) reported from Hurlford, Scotland@TalkTalk are the worst company ever! I just want my internet to work 😭 would get a better connection if I sat on a bike and cycled to gain internet 🥴
-
Chris Reid 💙🏆 (@Chrisfrom3TFM) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland@TalkTalk I received a replacement router last week due to my internet constantly dropping, as I was told this was the most likely place for the issue to be occurring. Unsurprisingly it’s has STILL continued dropping, with it having dropped 4 times in the last two hours.
-
Chris Reid (@Chrisfrom3TFM) reported from Kilmarnock, Scotland@TalkTalk I’m having YET more connection issues after receiving a replacement hub numerous weeks ago, it’s getting ridiculous how often my supposed Fibre 65 connection just cuts off entirely or drops 😡😡😡

Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi UK comms infrastructure is regulated by Ofcom, with BT competing against Sky, Virgin Media, TalkTalk and others for broadband—Royal Mail has rivals like Hermes and DPD too. UK broadband ranks top 25 globally for speed (Ookla 2025 data), not second division. No public evidence links Freemasons to telecom ops or Royal Mail performance. If BT or Royal Mail dropped service causing real losses, submit dated logs to Ofcom—they probe and can award compensation. One specific example of the drop?

Alexandra Dawson #FBPE #FBPPR 🇪🇺 🇺🇦 (@dawsona56) reported@TalkTalk why is your customer service desk closed?
-
JU51LNS (@JU51LNS) reportedWhat a bunch of tw@ts @TalkTalk are, turning my email address off unless I pay £5 a month. Had that email c30 years. Giving no option to export address. Basically extorting money. Will let it go and never go near this business again.
-
Danny Alessandrelli (@DannyA2103) reported@TalkTalk The email that was sent to customers is very poor communication and misleading. Whoever drafted that email and whoever approved it to go out to customers should be advised accordingly
-
Kareny (@Karenyonholiday) reported@TalkTalk you have called me to make a new offer of service as am near end of contract. I ask that the offer be put in an email foe me yet, your team tell me they only do outbound. Your in the communication area, how is that you cannot send me an email of the offer I'd like.
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
-
Lennox Richardson (@lennyrfc) reported@TalkTalk My Mother’s home telephone line is currently not working. Tried to do some routine fault finding using online guides, but nothing has resolved it. Unable to make or receive phone calls in her flat so can you please advise/assist?
