@TalkTalk good morning, yet again the same as last week at around 1 a.m. this morning for over an hour my Wi-Fi Hub went down and wouldn't reconnect even if I switched it off or reset it. Could this be an issue with the hub, it's just strange how it's only a Monday morning?

@raecbw @TalkTalk Yeah, they installed 'fast fibre' at ours last year and we've had an unstable connection ever since. Trouble is, we're a bit isolated, and there's no other broadband provider in the area. They've got us over a barrel. Used to be with Virgin, no problems there.

@TalkTalk I've spent hours in the dms I nand nothing has been done I've had enough I I've had enough I want the account closed I am paying for nothing no no service I am having to use the phone as a hotspot as it does not work

@TalkTalk why’s it almost impossible to cancel. Can’t do it via online account. 6 time started a chat this week, system either down or takes forever for agent to respond to msg. After 15 minutes told they can’t help me & need another agent to call me back within the next 48 hrs!
