@TalkTalk cont... The resolution seems fairly obvious to me: new free router, refund on the add-on I've been paying for additional speeds that I've not been getting. Plus an apology might be nice. Which I explained on the phone, only to be cut off.

@CityFibre That's lovely, but can you give @TalkTalk a kick up the arse please. All your kit is installed in our estate (WV14 0LJ) but TT can't be bothered to connect it. Tell you what, why not allow @zeninternet to service us and I'll sign to them. Anyone but TalkTalk, please!

@talktalk After many years of great support and help, I'm very unhappy this morning. 2.4ghz home network was producing under 0.55g. 5g fine. Phoned. 1 hour on the phone. Told I wasn't get the speed I was paying for. Lots of tests. Told to wait and it'll get better.

@TalkTalk trouble at GL13, router sync just keeps dropping out and DLM obviously syncing lower and lower till it's stable, no problem on our end whatsoever with the setup, cables, nte5 port etc, other local reports of problems too can you look into this, please.

@TalkTalk you have limited my husband’s account. A promised return phone call never happened. My emails are not getting through either. If anyone there is interested in looking into this the incident number is 210731-000190 complaint CMP-142939

@TalkTalk how does it take 4 calls to cancel a contract - ring up 4 times and get to the point they hear you say cancel and you get cut off then you get two calls to mobile and house phone and when you answer they cut you off again ! Absolute rubbish service to match internet

@talktalk once again we are not receiving the service we should do! Intermittent Internet and all your customer advisors come up with is how to improve the WiFi...... well there's no point in improving the WiFi if we don't have Internet in the first place! Sort yourselves out!

@TalkTalk cont... So 1 hour on the phone and I still have a non-functioning 2.4ghz network, still paying for more speed than I'm getting. And the operative reset my router which means all my devices are now disconnected. When I was expressing my upset, the phone line went dead.
