@TalkTalk The problem is still ongoing. No communication back 2 us telling us what is going on. It’s a week now of ringing every day. Every time we r told problem is something different. Engineer booked 4 yesterday pm as they wanted 2 check in house, he didn’t turn up, + nobody knows why.

@TalkTalk This is now 5 days no emails, on the vulnerable list , had contact via chat Friday, couldn't fix, contact Saturday another 72hours wait for call back, had food order cancelled as no email verification

@TalkTalk Please Respond! We were promised a call over 3 weeks ago for my 82yo Nan’s faulty phone line, since then we cannot get through. I hate to moan and I know times are tough. But she is self isolating, all alone, elderly and hasn’t been able to contact anyone for 3wks. Help

@TalkTalk Please respond.Promised a call back after reporting my 82yo Nan’s phoneline was down nearly 3 weeks ago, since we have tried calling and can’t get through.We know times are hard and hate to moan but she lives on her own, is self isolating and has no communication. Help!

@Louise_Lamb @TalkTalk Had this same issue with them. 3 months of paying for basically no internet, I had to use my phone data when I had to work from home. Absolute dog shit.Quick tip tho, they have a policy that after 28 days of reporting a problem and it not being solved, you can leave without gees.

Just received an email from @talktalk about shifting email accounts to another provider. It mentions a cascading list of deadlines. Being crap, the latest deadline is mentioned first and the most imminent deadline is buried at the end of the email. Poor communication skills.

Hi @TalkTalk I’m having issues with the broadband in that it is constantly dropping out of my phone in both the master bedroom and the back garden.. do you provide boosters to sort this? I’m somewhat annoyed and fed up!
