    @Run_Bettor @TalkTalk I've been getting the same issues i was getting 20mins-3 hour outages randomly, couple of times a week. I've been getting similar running up of drops for 20-50mins occasionally then the past two months .

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying for two weeks to cancel my service, your phone lines are disconnected, your email chat is disconnected, your complaint email address is down, your online chat is down - it’s impossible to cancel. Surely this is illegal

    @TalkTalk your customer service agents need to listen to customer's concerns not try to upsell. Was told "will run test on your line and get an engineer if we find a fault" Next thing, tried to get me to upgrade my router without letting me know the results #poorcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk have tried every tip that is online on your site with regards to getting internet back on however nothing is working. All your lines are disconnected so we are unable to get any help. We all need a link to the outside world whilst this is going on. #PleaseHelp

    @TalkTalk Yet again my mum has lost her broadband connection. She is in Chesterfield. Tried chat and calling last 2 times but you don't seem to grasp the problem. Who do I complain to when I ring again tomorrow?

    Why does it take 3 hours on the phone to @TalkTalk to be told utter rubbish & then, when assured the office is open to 7pm, get told the technical team have packed up for the day? Do any #telephone companies in the UK offer decent customer service & #VOIP for elderly people?

    @TalkTalk biggest shower of **** I’ve ever had to deal with and that’s saying something, avoid at all costs! Internet works well the team behind the scenes are bloody useless!

    @TalkTalk I have just logged into my main broadband email account on your website and tried to send an email to another of my tiscali email accounts and it said yhe domain does not exist - so no, your issue has not been resolved! To have 15 hr outage on emailis definitely NOT good service!
