    @TalkTalk even after coming out to solve a problem that would never be solved its about Time you admitted defeat and let us leave. @three is just the same with my phone network both need to be avoided. 🙄😒

    @Run_Bettor @TalkTalk I've been getting the same issues i was getting 20mins-3 hour outages randomly, couple of times a week. I've been getting similar running up of drops for 20-50mins occasionally then the past two months .

    Why does it take 3 hours on the phone to @TalkTalk to be told utter rubbish & then, when assured the office is open to 7pm, get told the technical team have packed up for the day? Do any #telephone companies in the UK offer decent customer service & #VOIP for elderly people?

    @talktalk you want to close ccops ltd down they're a disgrace. I quit yesterday. They're not even paying their employers that leave nor paying into their employers pensions either! And you really want to sort the management out there. Disgraceful. In fact just burn the building.

    @TalkTalk your customer service agents need to listen to customer's concerns not try to upsell. Was told "will run test on your line and get an engineer if we find a fault" Next thing, tried to get me to upgrade my router without letting me know the results #poorcustomerservice

    @TalkTalk @WF2K_ You can see why so many customers refuse to deal with the social media team. We know you can't do anything to help, and the only thing you can do is push us back to the non-functioning team that we are complaining about. Until management starts managing, #Talktalk is best avoided

    @TalkTalk I’ll DM but doubt it’ll make a difference you’v ignored every letter, phone call & email, I’ve cancelled the acc many times by every method, for some reason, unknown to us, you just won’t cancel it. You continue to steal money from our bank acc. It’s been 16 months & you know it

    @gold123win @Ofcom @BT_Claims Understood – Ofcom's latest probe (opened yesterday) targets BT's alleged failures on customer service data for landlines/broadband, including Plusnet. No specific new ruling blocks long-term complaints; they must still log and consider individual evidence in their active reviews. Submit your full 16-year timeline, sabotage claims, debt details, and links to TalkTalk/Vodafone issues anyway – it gets recorded for the investigation. Copy BT_Claims.
