Why does it take 3 hours on the phone to @TalkTalk to be told utter rubbish & then, when assured the office is open to 7pm, get told the technical team have packed up for the day? Do any #telephone companies in the UK offer decent customer service & #VOIP for elderly people?

@gm8arv @2m0sql @M0VGA @SOTAbeams @TalkTalk @virginmedia The VM system I have here causes no problems from DC to 23cm (as high as I go currently) the only issue I had was when I tried using a mains data network from Argos and it destroyed 6m. Scrapped once identified.

@TalkTalk I’ve been trying for two weeks to cancel my service, your phone lines are disconnected, your email chat is disconnected, your complaint email address is down, your online chat is down - it’s impossible to cancel. Surely this is illegal

@TalkTalk your customer service agents need to listen to customer's concerns not try to upsell. Was told "will run test on your line and get an engineer if we find a fault" Next thing, tried to get me to upgrade my router without letting me know the results #poorcustomerservice

@TalkTalk have tried every tip that is online on your site with regards to getting internet back on however nothing is working. All your lines are disconnected so we are unable to get any help. We all need a link to the outside world whilst this is going on. #PleaseHelp

@TalkTalk Yeah…still doesn’t make sense. I pay in advance and disconnect on the 31st Dec but says £27 is coming out on the 12th when I’ve unplugged it and closed my account. I’ll have to call tomorrow. Sending links unfortunately doesn’t help me.

@TalkTalk Had nothing but problems with you, £40 a month for poor speeds and poor service. Customer service is a joke, just telling us to change sockets etc. I hope this is sorted soon.

Talktalk end of contract 31 Dec 2022.they continued even though I said no renewal.tricks putting phone down when u r saying no renewal..I have switched I don't want or need their boardband..they ignored.please b aware .cost of living.i am 60.will not get any more out of me

Hi @TalkTalk I am letting you know that the bill you have sent my mum to be paid this month January 2023 for a service that YOU TalkTalk cut off on 26 October 2022, for no reason and have admitted was a mistake, is not payable ... she is now paying a different service provider
