@KistyWoW @TalkTalk I'm paying for a 40 meg service,but I only get 25 meg. You are not helpful at all in fixing my service. My contract ends 14 Feb 2021, u say my service is being renamed and offering another 2 years. The speed of same service being offered "67 meg!" Yes is a joke right!

@TalkTalk You sent yet another engineer out to see my dropping internet - found no fault inside my place. I try to contact, can't get into my account online either, can't get anyone to speak to in order to get the issue resolved. i am cancelling direct debit till i get internet fixed.
