@TalkTalk Sent an email and cc,d your CEO. They are chasing the provision team but no expectation of any resolution

@TalkTalk internet down again. Third outage since switching to you in November. Not good enough this.

Yet again @TalkTalk fail to deliver a commitment. Broadband due 15/01. Multiple calls and broken promises. Don’t use them!! Agreed call at 1pm today to resolve. Amended to Monday - little hope as they missed the last 2 #talktalkrubbish

@TalkTalk Had to take a half day from work because of these problems. What's your policy on reimbursment?

@TalkTalk can you confirm there are issues in the ol5 area. No internet this morning, been at least 20 minutes.

@ann_bishop @TalkTalk If it's any consolidation I have exactly the same problem. Hopefully it is something that Talk Talk are dealing with.

@TalkTalk having issues for a few days with my internet, constantly on and off throughout the day. Rebooting rarely fixes the issue

@MrYesWeCan Finding her is like trying to get a response from customer services at TalkTalk.

Woken up to unreliable Internet still @TalkTalk what's happening? Why was a charged for an engineer to come out if the issue wasn't even reliably fixed?

@missmelaniev @TalkTalk I feel sorry for you. I was with talktalk and their customer service was shocking. I'd never recommend @TalkTalk to anyone.

@TalkTalk tv went down late last night. I checked the wires etc, and then it suggested a retune. However all my channels are now gone. I’m left with my subscribed channels

@TalkTalk Appaulling customer service when things don’t work . Staff unhelpful , disingenuous and don’t listen . Misinformation , fobbing off -it will be mended in 24 hours - try 10 days . Shocking .and they wonder why customers switch providers !Unbelievable and unacceptable

My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

@or_pip Finland spent 6 million on theirs. Sounds about right. Still not working as they hoped. But same then. £37 billion is absurdity. Dido Harding ran TalkTalk when they had catastrophic hacking incident.

@TalkTalk If talk had been investing into the network, my old standard broadband would have continued working which had been working for years which suddenly stopped working forcing me to upgrade

@BanahanJayne @MoneySavingExp @virginmedia It sounds to me like you’ve got tv in that package, broadband on its own wouldn’t be so expensive. Whatever get out of it penalty free & maybe try Plusnet or TalkTalk (who I use,) there’s no difference in the service speeds, it’s just customer support that’s lacking. Good luck.
