The connection seems very fast, both for upload and download speeds, but every evening we get the same warning that our bandwidth is too big enough when on Amazon Prime. So we try many times and eventually we can play a video.

The second number led to options - all the ones I tried previously led to disconnection and a link to chat. In the end …
