    Why is every broadband service provider in the UK impossible to have a straightforward onboarding process? I have used BT & Sky on several occasions, now I’ve chosen @TalkTalk and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Livid.

    @DeeBeeFree @TalkTalk It’s an area fraught with problems. Any recommendation for someone else can be countered with horror stories about same provider My experience has been EE. been with them thru at least 3 mergers over 15+ years. Have had several hissy fits However

    @TalkTalk we're having issues in Brighton currently, no internet connection at all. Had issues in the last couple of days that a restart was enough to solve, but no luck today. Are you aware of the issue, and are you trying to fix it? This is severely disrupting our work

    @TalkTalk I have no idea how to check as a complete technophobe but it is always freezing I turn wifi off on my phone and use 4g most of the time. Also staff are useless whenever I have an issue. Moving soon will not be taking your services with me !!

    @TalkTalk Your pinned Tweet says your down from 11pm tonight. But I called yesterday & today & each time was told the system was down & call again in two hours; which I've done. It doesn't help that quality of the line has been poor & your operators ring off when transfered.

    @amycerys @Philippah05 @TalkTalk Same happened to me, they said it was an exceptional case, said small print says they won't reimburse loss of earnings. I was without internet for 11 days. 7 hours wasted trying to get hold of someone to complain properly. Only offered £60 for my troubles. Terrible company

    @TalkTalk Hi Jona - the internet went off Saturday and Sunday. There is an engineer coming today - Tuesday. I was on the phone with customer services for over an hour on Friday - so distressing! You have no idea how upsetting the whole business is!

    @Philippah05 @TalkTalk I did home move yesterday lunch time. Used talk talk for couple of years now no problem and I’m still not connected. I work from home and have 3 homeschooling children at the moment, considering leaving as it’s ridiculous other networks would of connected us by now 🤬

    @TalkTalk I called customer services but not sure if it got resolved as the problem was and is with the fibre tp link modem given by open reach..the power adapters failed. Lucky I had a similar output adapter which belongs to my soundboard so I've resolv the issue but need a new modem

    @TalkTalk Still haven't been able to get hold of anyone to sort out my Internet!! The link sent doesn't work. How do I make a complaint& discuss the option of ending my contract due to this consistent failure to provide a good enough service? It's impossible to actually speak to someone 😡
