    Luxury problem I know but. Modem was to be here 29 Jan. #yodel couldn’t find my flat three times. I changed address to work. They tried sending it my flat three more times but I was at work. Asked #talktalk to step in. 10 days today and no internet. Gaaaaa

    talktalk says thank you to the ones that keep us talking which is ironic given that you need a consistently functioning broadband connection to keep in touch. ive never had talktalk, but ive heard bad things about them #BritainGetTalking

    @MEStew_art @TalkTalk Yup!! Mine went down NN15 yesterday. They told me it was a problem on my end and then disconnected the chat when I tried to question that. It’s down again now too.

    @TalkTalk are your call centres manned by imbecilles? I logged an issue via ol chat. After wasting an hour "trouble shooting" - the agent escalated the issue to a supervisor who was going to arrange a BT engineer. Online chat again. The agent had closed the call! Unbelievable

    @RuthDSilva2 @NOW We need to acknowledge NOW does give the "little guy" access to content which would cost significantly more via a Sky subscription. I only pay £4.99 per month for the Cinema Pass, and again, £4.99 for Entertainment. I'm a TalkTalk customer, therefore get passes half price. Jammy!

    @LBC @mrjamesob I ought to have changed from TalkTalk, but my contact details were on too many cards. They cost me a fortune when my LL went down in Dido's reign. Kept telling me it would be fixed in days, but it took close to a year & the promise of recompense never occured & I lost business.
