    I had Internet for a glorious 27 hours this week. @TalkTalk you're service is truly disgraceful - ongoing internet issues since 13th January and 27 hours after the engineer 'fixed' the problem, it's off AGAIN!

    @TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

    @TalkTalk Listen. We've been upgraded to a faster Mbs connection so many times but the speed isnt the issue its the constant drop outs. We're supposed to get 50mbs atm and for the last 2 days now its dropping below 3mbs which happens at least once a week. We're changing.

    @TalkTalk is the kind of internet provider who refuses to let you cancel your contract - even with fees. It's been 1.5h I'm on the phone with them and I'm not at the end of it. Pretty sure they put me on hold for me to reconsider.
