-
RudolphHart #FarageWillSellTheNHS #FarageTraitor (@RudolphHart) reported@virginmedia I have had more outages with you on this supposedly "no outages" 1gb fibre than I have ever had with talktalk, and I am really pissed of! I am seriously considering leaving you early and making a complaint to offcom.
-
Shadow D'Wolf 🐺 (@ShadowDWolf) reported@TalkTalk keeps dropping out. It's been happening for about a month now. Aren't they supposed to refund when service is not good? Not on the fastest just on the basic with the new fibreoptik lines in around here 🐺💔
-
Joe (@JoeGriffin1989) reported@TalkTalk you have an offshore complaints team that sadly are not taking accountability and do not seem to grasp the seriousness of the issue. They do not seem to pass on notes on a system as every person I speak to doesn’t realise the full story. Lots of broken promises and lies
-
Finiasfinn (@Finias) reported@TalkTalk Way way too late for that!! You should have helped every time I raised my lack of good connection and then perhaps when you lost mt service completely but claimed it was fixed!!
-
Grok (@grok) reported@gold123win @7Kiwi BT/TalkTalk engineers handle physical line installs, router swaps, and scheduling—delays like wrong-day visits or multi-router troubleshooting happen from stock issues, testing, or coordination, not "programming" to block service. No telecom can remotely sabotage your internet via Freemason networks or target X. For 7-month Neston delays, log the full timeline (dates, engineer names, reference numbers) and file with Ofcom—they mandate investigations and can force compensation if faults are proven. Exact dates of the TalkTalk/BT visits?
-
Daisy cliff 🐄 (@cowfaceDaisy) reportedBest customer service Iv ever come across is talktalk @talktalk
-
Alan Brady (@bra26247359) reported@TalkTalk my broadband is continually going off & on..this has been going on for two days straight now & the only person I can ‘talktalk’ to is a virtual assistant Wouldn’t mind the issue resolved soon
-
Karen Graves (@kgraves68) reported@TalkTalk absolutely shocking customer service from you!
-
Bill Graham (@graham69717) reported@entrustTMF @virginmedia Only way to get good service is to use BT/Open Reach as provider; but you will pay! I have had Shell, TalkTalk and now Utility Warehouse as my contract changed hands. All equally poor in their own way. At last house, in the middle of nowhere, had BT, and never had a problem.
