@TalkTalk 4 football matches on today and I can’t watch any because my WiFi is absolutely rubbish. Marginal which means buffering. All Christmas. This is a truly awful reception

I must say @TalkTalk is one of the worst broadband service provider, it’s always down, can’t use it at all, cancelling the contract will cost me more money!! Trading services should look in to the wrong product sales by these....

@TalkTalk I'm not a current customer, just currently looking for the best available option, but as a streamer/content creator, I need a lot better than basic broadband. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

@TalkTalk Waited 2 weeks for our intetnet to go live after a house move and 24 hours later we have no connection. No information on what's wrong/when it will be rectified. Useless customer service line too. My wife needs Internet to work.

@TalkTalk As usual my WiFi connection is poor. Every time I check it it says poor. Recently rejoined Talk talk. Going to cancel my direct debit. I have had enough of this nonsense. Trying to watch the boxing. Buffering since 7pm. Nearly two years of this poor connection

@rabiestherat @TalkTalk Worst broadband provider EVER! No CS, they don't answer calls EVER, and they have no powers to resolve anything...try BT or Virgin...same two hour queue but eventually there are people that can actually 'Help' unlike this bunch of useless arseholes..Good Luck

@TalkTalk No internet since lunchtime on Christmas Eve. I note a near neighbour in S10 has the same trouble. TalkTalk test says the supply to the property is fine but I've tried new router and cables and nothing works. No engineers available.

@TalkTalk Internet has been down since the 17th Dec. Wifes phone contract is with talktalk but they can't provide data on her phone and rather leave customers without any service for 2 weeks over the Christmas period?!
