Please action my request immediately! @Ofcom can you advise here please I'm being refused my right to cancel during the allowed cooling off time. Talk talk service i signed upto does not work. Apparently your system down for "maintenance" so you're unable to action this today. I've screen grabbed both conversations with date stamps. Incase i need to provide written proof of my original request.

Just a shame that your engineers are not provided with replacement routers to enable them to resolve issues. So..a question. How long does it take to send out a replacement?

The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
