    @TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

    @TalkTalk is by far the shitest WiFi EVER!! Constantly down, constantly going off. And to top it off the guy on online chat was rude and as helpful as a chocolate teapot four days ago! Still down 🙃👍🏻👎🏼

    @TalkTalk Your own website states i can leave within 20 days. Please action my request immediately! @Ofcom can you advise here please I'm being refused my right to cancel during the allowed cooling off time. Talk talk service i signed upto does not work. Any advice would be appreciated.

    @TalkTalk how do I cancel my contract! No help over the last few days ! I’ve been pushed to my limit. It’s not on! I understand to the fullest that you need to put vulnerable customers first however I feel like your just ignoring people! Would I recommend you... NO !

    @TalkTalk my mums broadband was activated yesterday and it isn’t working. She can’t get hold of anyone so shall we cancel the DD as not paying for service if we can have it.

    @TalkTalk @SkyUK In additon I've requested a cancellation tonight via your live chat. Apparently your system down for "maintenance" so you're unable to action this today. I've screen grabbed both conversations with date stamps. Incase i need to provide written proof of my original request.

    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

    @TalkTalk has cut off a vulnerable 89 year old customer 3 days before the end of a telephone and internet contract, failed to call me as promised and then asked to speak to my bereaved mother, having been told she had passed away :( @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

    @TalkTalk your online chat service is the worst I've ever used. No help what so ever. Let me know how I make a complaint as there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at talktalk. Absolutely appalling customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

    @TalkTalk how am I ment to get through to anyone to sort out my broadband when all your call centres are closed. I have an issue and cant get through to anyone. All I get is call up but cant due to them being closed. Worst customer service I have ever felt with

    @TalkTalk No point we’re done with it, you don’t help I’ve been in 3 DMs now, you keep telling me theres ongoing system issues & agents have limited ability to do anything. Your account portal constantly crashes & there’s been no update on his fault since Yest AM when Open Reach checked.

    @TalkTalk Issues logging in to. No good asking customers to DM you, it's obviously a nationwide outage. I even paid by phone it came out of my bank but automated guy said payment problem. I think you're systems have a big problem today.

I’m not wasting any more of my time going round in circles. I’m done with TalkTalk. Tell people the truth on why your systems have completely broken down in the past week!

    @TalkTalk There is no inconvenience. I just want to know what do I do with your router now that I am no longer a TalkTalk customer. I am assuming there would be a standard process for router returns.
