I have told the person I am chatting with via DM that my router will not turn on or respond 10 times. Each time I get asked can I plug it in and turn it on. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

Just a shame that your engineers are not provided with replacement routers to enable them to resolve issues. So..a question. How long does it take to send out a replacement?

They said only way is to cancel current broadband only contract, and give me a new broadband only contract, which sounds wrong. At this rate I shall probably cancel both landline and broadband and use mobile!

I have TalkTalk been with them for yonks, and rarely do I have problems with them, and they are super cheap even with super fast fibre. Yeah exactly haha!!
