    The morons at @TalkTalk are at it again. Charging me for an account that's not only shut down but they have confirmed they've received the equipment back. As always, its impossible to speak to a communications company so i may as well let them incur cost with the debt collectors

    I had Internet for a glorious 27 hours this week. @TalkTalk you're service is truly disgraceful - ongoing internet issues since 13th January and 27 hours after the engineer 'fixed' the problem, it's off AGAIN!

    I must say @TalkTalk is one of the worst broadband service provider, it’s always down, can’t use it at all, cancelling the contract will cost me more money!! Trading services should look in to the wrong product sales by these....

    @TalkTalk Promised our service would be up and running from 24hrs to 48hrs from Monday which was already late from Friday due to engineering works. Yesterday told its anytime upto 24/5/22. Talk Talk need to put pressure on Openreach to get the works done. This time lost is costing money

    @TalkTalk Yep, they were the ones who said eero is rubbish and have no idea why my phone doesn't work. apparently a new router will fix the problem. Losing the will to live with it all, but at least Thanks for replying. My phone live is via VOIP - thats what stopped working
