    @RSdriver00 @TalkTalk I wish I could say the same they are shocking and I have resorted to a hand written letter to see if that gives me any resolve. They have been useless and not fixed the problems and I’m still being charged for a service I’m not getting.

    @TalkTalk my mums broadband was activated yesterday and it isn’t working. She can’t get hold of anyone so shall we cancel the DD as not paying for service if we can have it.

    @TalkTalk I think the best way is cancelling direct debit. You made a dead circle diversion in your website and call centre. Poor, using these situation is unacceptable.

    @TalkTalk your online chat service is the worst I've ever used. No help what so ever. Let me know how I make a complaint as there seems to be no way of contacting anyone at talktalk. Absolutely appalling customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

    @TalkTalk how am I ment to get through to anyone to sort out my broadband when all your call centres are closed. I have an issue and cant get through to anyone. All I get is call up but cant due to them being closed. Worst customer service I have ever felt with

    @TalkTalk has cut off a vulnerable 89 year old customer 3 days before the end of a telephone and internet contract, failed to call me as promised and then asked to speak to my bereaved mother, having been told she had passed away :( @Ofcom

    @TalkTalk how do I cancel my contract! No help over the last few days ! I’ve been pushed to my limit. It’s not on! I understand to the fullest that you need to put vulnerable customers first however I feel like your just ignoring people! Would I recommend you... NO !

    @TalkTalk Absolutely shocking customer service! Cancelling my dads internet because some potential buyers on his house told you they wanted to switch provider! Ignored my dad when he said he wasn't moving yet and cut him off. Then told him you can't reconnect him! Poor.

    @TalkTalk I am currently off work for 5 weeks with an injury due to an assault, I have broken/cracked ribs and high blood pressure all I want/can do is rest which means watch streaming services or play games online. You’ve a 30 day great connection guarantee and yet I can’t go one day

    @DorHibbs3 Oh here is my story.. I moved from Talktalk to Plusnet. Had major problems at the start.. 9 engineers could not fix it .. then one day guy came in.. went thru everything sorted it .. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM SINCE THAT WAS WELL OVER A YEAR AGO.. PLUSNET ALL THE WAY 👍

    When you have to make 5 calls before you even get a service as a new customer @TalkTalk isn’t a great look! Cancellation pending, absolutely shocking!

    @TalkTalk I'm not an account holder so nobody will speak to me... even though a stranger managed to cancel his internet! Isn't that some sort of fraud? My dad has been trying to get this resolved all day only to be told there's nothing you can do! Pretty poor.
