Please action my request immediately! @Ofcom can you advise here please I'm being refused my right to cancel during the allowed cooling off time. Talk talk service i signed upto does not work. As the @Ofcom website shows, superfast broadband should be available where I currently am, yet no provider offers it.

Just a shame that your engineers are not provided with replacement routers to enable them to resolve issues. So..a question. How long does it take to send out a replacement?

I was told my current issue would be fixed by an engineer today.. Apparently are relaying all fibre in the area and didn’t think to notify anyone about it. Shocking
