@TalkTalk Yes, I have no internet. It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

An update on why you shouldn’t choose @TalkTalk !! After hassling my #disabled dad with texts and phone calls despite only inquiring about the #broadband service (and being told it’s not available in his area) they have now sent him a letter confirming a standing order!!

@TalkTalk Your own website states i can leave within 20 days. Please action my request immediately! @Ofcom can you advise here please I'm being refused my right to cancel during the allowed cooling off time. Talk talk service i signed upto does not work. Any advice would be appreciated.

Just had a call with customer service at @TalkTalk . It was like two monologues in search of a conversation. I wondered if it was a robot I was speaking to but I realised the service centre operator was on a script that he would not deviate from even if didn’t fix my problem!

I've never understood why people shout at customer service people. I may be absolutely incandescent at @TalkTalk but it's not like Jill in the call centre decided to up prices, break contracts, and launch a giant campaign using an outdated and faulty IT system. Stay strong, Jill.
