@TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

@TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

@YorkshireChuff @TalkTalk It's like they are playing a game ..who can keep you on hold for the longest and if they cancel your account then they personally get fined. One customer assistant actually laughed at me when I said why am I on hold for so long? It can't be that difficult. @Ofcom

@Joshimuz I've always used talktalk (about 8 years on their fibre now), never had an issue with drop outs or slow speeds , although them too will probably have a few weeks on the install time..
