@TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

@TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

Of all the internet providers I’ve had, @TalkTalk seems to have the worst customer service. The people on the phone sound bored and unbothered. Interested to see how @virginmedia is going to perform whilst I continue to shop around.
