@TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

@TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

So ... It would appear that the broadband is down, no internet access at all. Likely one of the exchanges is out as it appears to be affecting the whole area local to me... Scuppered my plan to watch an episode of something before work... #TalkTalk
