It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.

I have told the person I am chatting with via DM that my router will not turn on or respond 10 times. Each time I get asked can I plug it in and turn it on. Most of my videos are uploaded on the side of the road! TalkTalk know our problems, did nothing and kept taking the cash!
