    @TalkTalk 4 football matches on today and I can’t watch any because my WiFi is absolutely rubbish. Marginal which means buffering. All Christmas. This is a truly awful reception

    @TalkTalk Done that several times and it has not got the issue sorted out. I have spoken with customer service and they couldn’t help and didn’t know why they couldn’t. They said to send an email to Concerns@talktalk. No reply!

    @TalkTalk I’ve been trying all day to reach customer services who, last week confirmed they would fix my new fibre line. 5 days in, as promised by you and still not fixed. I need an update! It’s been 7 days since the line was installed. This is a poor for a comms company to have no comms!
