The joy of being proved right by @TalkTalk engineer. Like I said, the router is dead. Just a shame that your engineers are not provided with replacement routers to enable them to resolve issues. So..a question. How long does it take to send out a replacement?

@TalkTalk 3 days just to have a case manager call me back to explore complex issues on my crap service since connection in May 2022… even for the limited 9-11MBPS as supposed guaranteed level. 2 engineer visits where one informed me the cables from home to exchange need repair

@TalkTalk TV seems to be down, has been since Dec 31st. Have tried resetting the ethernet connector plugs, have tried resetting my hub, have tried unplugging the you view box and restarting. All it says is to try again and search YVM401. Broadband connection is fine.
