@TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

@AyoCaesar not just data breach.. this from Campaign in 2015 "TalkTalk is one of the worst performing ISPs for customer service, receiving more complaints than the industry average, according to Ofcom stats last year".

@TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

@TalkTalk no Internet this morning. No answer from customer services on the phone an hour after lines are supposed to open an no follow up to the issues I reported last week. I thought my last provider was bad but you win the prize.

@TalkTalk TalkTalk's own phone line says there's been a network fault since 6.30pm. I gave my mobile number and all calls are apparently being diverted to it while the fault continues. Not sure why the website says everything is fine?
