Apparently your system down for "maintenance" so you're unable to action this today. I've screen grabbed both conversations with date stamps. Just a shame that your engineers are not provided with replacement routers to enable them to resolve issues. So..a question. How long does it take to send out a replacement?

I have told the person I am chatting with via DM that my router will not turn on or respond 10 times. Each time I get asked can I plug it in and turn it on. How many more times do I need to repeat myself? Absolute joke

It's been on and off all day, and extremely slow to the point where it's connected but no data is uploading or downloading . I got a max 0.03mbs at times, now I can't even run a speed test it's so slow.
