@TalkTalk the engineer never came to do the 150 Fibre upgrade. No explanation. A shambles trying to get a new appointment. Getting calls from at least two departments, one sounding particularly suspect. Why can’t I just have an email sent with the new appointment?

@TalkTalk we upgraded our broadband at the end of may. There was also a fault with the phone line. A guy from openreach came and fixed it, however the phone line is dead again. Can you help?

@TalkTalk You have been down over 24 hours now, due to this I had to take a day off work because I need wifi for my job, my mum also could not work. So we have had to have unpaid leave… no updates either… not happy, this happens too frequently and I will be changing providers

@TalkTalk Yes. I had to speak to Openreach, because a colleague on your end didn’t. I have since been told that I even have to wait 9-days for somebody to get back to me about a complaint I made! It’s completely unacceptable.

@TalkTalk So this TalkTalk tweet was posted 12 hours ago ... and there hasn't been any update at all since then. Not one. That's such poor service TalkTalk and your customers deserve so much better. Very disappointed to be treated this way.
