    @WalnutTalking I think Virgin will work out more expensive in the long run, but it's very fast and reliable so far (1 month in). Was at my wits end with TalkTalk. Customer service beyond atrocious.

    @TalkTalk Thank you Abbie for replying. I think I’ve got to the bottom of it all. Awaiting authorisation and email update to let me access online account. This has been challenging - inconsistency in call handlers. Some have been great, some not so good. Thank again for offering support

    @PhilTonks2 @TalkTalk @EE Used to be on o2 but couldn’t get a signal in loads of places. Never have that trouble with EE... we did have a few teething troubles when we got the broadband in at home but they were really good at testing, sending someone out.

    @TalkTalk (1) want to cancel my order I've not had any service since the go live date. I have had three different people tell me they have canceled it and to call back in 24hours yet I call back and I have to go through the whole thing again.

    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Yes most definitely. I feel your pain with those idiots. I made a complaint to the CEO ended up just having to pay a cancellation charge of 60.00 instead of 200+ as I still had a while left on my contract.

    @TalkTalk Summary: mum left because of price increase. Then had issues changing provider. I spoke to TT agreed new cheaper tariff for 18m. Then process to rejoin. Mum doesn’t use email. So now set up to send me. But was charged more than double agreed tariff. So trying to find answers

    @TalkTalk what is the point of having a chat function on your app if a customer doesn’t get any response at all. Also what is the point of an engineer coming a replacing wires only for the average broadband speed to plummet to an average of less 10Mbs!

I remember pain of explaining over & over again when I had barely processed my loss myself. Hope TalkTalk sort it for you - & change their process for others!

    @TalkTalk What's the crack here? Not been able to connect to any servers for gaming for 6 hours, my dad's struggling to connect to the various work VPNs etc. in order to work from home - your tweets say issues resolved but not really seeing the effect of any resolutions.

Probably there is a disconnect between front line CS that send issues up to other dept that just don't give a ****.

    Another day being lied to by @talktalk. Been on phone with support since 8am, have not been able to do any work for 2 days. Won't reinstate my adsl, won't enable my fibre, engineers are not turning up and no one can keep their story straight. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
