    @TalkTalk this is going to be a formal complaint, since yesterday I am being messed around by every single useless customer service provider, not being able to get to your chat and your line today after holding more than 1 hour been thrown from one department to another 4 times!

    @WalnutTalking I think Virgin will work out more expensive in the long run, but it's very fast and reliable so far (1 month in). Was at my wits end with TalkTalk. Customer service beyond atrocious.

    .@TalkTalk I have been doing online chat for hours today. Trying to find out why my broadband is bad. Asked the same questions on each chat, get told that tests will be done! But don’t seem to be getting anywhere... ‘help’ 😡

    @TalkTalk I got the device and turned it on, but the internet speed is very bad, it does not open any pictures or videos

    @TalkTalk constantly getting no sync and intermittent sync errors. The internet will be connected for like 20 minutes then will disconnect.

    Any chance of speaking to someone that actually had a clue what they’re doing before I terminate my service with you. 5 days ago I was told my broadband was up and running 5 days later after hours of being on hold I’m still without internet @TalkTalk absolutely joke of a company

    @OpenreachHelp Hi David thanks for the reply. So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    I’ve had to cancel all my Dads utilities as he has moved into a care home permanently after my mum died. I was dreading it, I don’t have any account numbers or passwords. @TalkTalk @skytv @unitedutilities thank you for being understanding and helping me at this difficult time 😢

    @TalkTalk I’ve never in my life known internet as awful as yours. Is there something going on in the B23 area or have you just downgraded your service even more since my mam decided to switch?!

    @alexfenlon @TalkTalk @virginmedia I sincerely hope you don't end up with a fault. I was with @TalkTalk for many years until a fault last year. Quite honestly the worst company of any description I have ever dealt with. Totally failed to resolve, now much happier on @virginmedia

    @cloelouise_ @Emma51454229 @TalkTalk I emailed the executive chairman (advice of someone else) he don’t give a crap either tbh! they keep banging on about COVID rules etc which I understand but they sold me this shit during this time so they shouldn’t have sold me something they can’t provide it’s a contract breach

    Beware TalkTalk. What a diabolical experience I've just had with TalkTalk. It's taken about 3 hours for them to tell me it will cost me £75 to send a technician out. It's TalkTalk's equipment that has broken and it was TalkTalk's technicians that made a **** up when they upgraded it !

    @TalkTalk glitchy slow WiFi for hours now. On off on router. Hard chat on live chat. Followed all instructions. Still same this morn. Paying alot each month. They said an issue & did tests. Its not resolved. How & when please???

    @TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
