@georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

@TalkTalk what is the point of having a chat function on your app if a customer doesn’t get any response at all. Also what is the point of an engineer coming a replacing wires only for the average broadband speed to plummet to an average of less 10Mbs!

@WalnutTalking I think Virgin will work out more expensive in the long run, but it's very fast and reliable so far (1 month in). Was at my wits end with TalkTalk. Customer service beyond atrocious.

Hello @TalkTalk I’m facing regular problems with network connection dropping, this has been an ongoing issue and hasn’t improved. My neighbours, albeit with other providers are also having similar problems that are being investigated independent. I can’t work remotely like this.
