So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? DHL have been sending me the same bill every month for 3 years. I paid it 3 years ago and sent screenshots of the bank payment. It’s harassment but they don’t give a Fck.
