@TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

Presents for Christmas that require internet connections but a diagnostics test from TalkTalk says they need to send out an engineer & it needs to be booked via home phone line (never used, no handset) & could cost us. I also work from home so this'll be fun Tuesday.

Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

@OpenreachHelp Hi David thanks for the reply. So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

@TalkTalk Over 3 an a half hrs via DM, ignored me for over 40mins, no internet and in working from home! Absolutely useless, after turning off, unplugging etc, they're sending me a new router that MAY help but that'll take 3 days! Hope I've still got a job #talktalksucks
