    @TalkTalk Phoned again as getting desperate, as no wifi and phone not working. Awaiting engineer to ring to visit and sort problem. Wifi has come back on this am ? For how long. Frightened as had no communication yesterday and mobile does not work at home.

    @OpenreachHelp Hi David thanks for the reply. So from @TalkTalk they have escalated this with you 2 weeks ago and told us a bt engineer would be out to fix the problem but we haven’t heard anything back from yourselves or @TalkTalk in nearly 10 days.

    The customer service from yourselves and @TalkTalk has most definitely been the worst I have ever experienced in my life. Absolutely no communication what so ever as to what is going on? We’ve been told our case has been pushed to an official complaint but still no communication

    Hi @bt_uk it has now been 6 weeks since I moved in to my new property. My broadband & TV provider is @TalkTalk on moving in we discovered that there was no line coming in to the property and that it was a BT Openreach issue. 6 weeks later I’m still without internet. Disgusting 🗑

    @TalkTalk Any chance of speaking to someone that actually had a clue what they’re doing before I terminate my service with you. 5 days ago I was told my broadband was up and running 5 days later after hours of being on hold I’m still without internet @TalkTalk absolutely joke of a company

    @TalkTalk This DM service is disgraceful! I am being talked around in circles. Now all of my recordings have magically disappeared, then you instructed me to do a Factory Reset & are now blaming the disappearance on me not choosing to save my recordings. They disappeared BEFORE!!

    .@TalkTalk numerous phonecalls repeating the same thing and still no result still no wifi and variable phone line. I want some service please without another day wasted on the phone. Made a complaint 2 weeks ago, no response. Help!

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow I went with a new provider via price comparison, called old provider (TalkTalk) to cancel. Told them the price offered £27pm but on a 24mth contract, they agreed to do it for £22pm, 12 mth contract and first month free as a credit. I have done this before with TT - just call them

    More dreadful service from @TalkTalk I pay for a minimum of 58mbps, getting around 5mbps. “We’ve checked the line, the problem is in the home.” Sent an engineer (cost me £50) “All OK in the house, the probem is the line.” “You need to pay for an engineer to check the line”
