Toby Joyce (@TheRealTobobo) reported from Birmingham, England@TalkTalk what is the point of having a chat function on your app if a customer doesn’t get any response at all. Also what is the point of an engineer coming a replacing wires only for the average broadband speed to plummet to an average of less 10Mbs!
-

Mademoiselle LeVell Comedy (@M_elleLeVell) reported from Birmingham, England@TalkTalk I spent 2H 6m online chatting to reduce my package down to all I ACTUALLY USE, only to discover right at the end, I’ve paid £62 in advance on 1/7 for services that I will now simply ‘lose’ tomorrow, with no part refund. Just ‘lost’ £37!! Disgrace.

TalkTalk Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
James Taylor (@cynicalkind) reported@TalkTalk even your online help bot doesn't respond. Useless
-
Marley (@John_the_hawk) reported@TalkTalk That wasn't the point. Obviously at the point of sending that post I HAD regained access to the internet. The issue is when the internet is not available, sending a SMS link to report a fault to a website is of no use when a customer cannot access the internet! Do better!
-
Laura-JayneArmstrong (@MissLJArmstrong) reported@TalkTalk hi my Nan and Grandad’s landline isn’t working, are you able to help?
-
dunph (@dunph81) reported@TalkTalk just like to say thanx for having a person you can’t understand on the phone for an hour , only for the tramp to put the phone down , **** heads
-
Tigol (@bigoltiddies) reported@JU51LNS @TalkTalk It was never YOUR email, it belonged to TalkTalk and they simply rented it to you as a perk of being subscribed to their service. You've cancelled or are cancelling so they're no longer giving you a free email and instead asking you to pay. BT does/did the same. As did/does Sky. Virginmedia just straight delete the email address after 90 days. You're making a deal out of nothing. Pay the fiver a month and use the time to port out valuable emails by forwarding them to your other email then when you're confident you've got it all transferred, cancel the payment.
-
Hamish’s Lynne (@lynniehamish) reportedYou know how everyone takes to Twitter to whinge about things! ….. I gotta just say @TalkTalk customer service were so helpful and kind when we noticed a problem with my mum’s phone line : she’s a falls risk now and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ok!

Joe (@JWT4179) reported@TalkTalk I'm at my parents house their Internet is down how can I resolve this ? I can't do a test as I can't connect to landline to do the test. Phone connect to router but no Internet from there.

Sarah ☕ (@Syrupie) reported@jamie_wallis Think it was you saying you had broadband issues. Are you on talktalk by any chance?
-
TalkTalk (@TalkTalk) reported@Martin_Law We’ve continued to provide TalkTalk email service free of charge for some time. We’re unfortunately unable to continue offering it at no cost. Providing a high-quality email service requires ongoing investments in infrastructure, security, and innovation. -Phili
