Now all of my recordings have magically disappeared, then you instructed me to do a Factory Reset & are now blaming the disappearance on me not choosing to save my recordings. Unfortunately we don’t have the luxury of blocking the phone line for the whole day. Why isn’t there an option to cancel online, #TalkTalk? Is this the only way you are holding onto customers? Also what is the point of an engineer coming a replacing wires only for the average broadband speed to plummet to an average of less 10Mbs!
