Can anyone at Talktalk answer my question. I've just signed up for Fibre 65 (max 67mbps). Received a confirmation email which tells me I'll get max 38.6 mbps. Why ? No one on the support side seems to be able to answer @TalkTalk

@TalkTalk We messaged last weekend as our internet cut out for a couple days. LAST WEEKEND. Yet again, same issues less than a week later! This is unacceptable! We even had an engineer sent out who checked our line and said it was fine, so it’s a problem your end to fix today!!!

Kept on hold for 1:55 by @TalkTalk! Whilst I appreciate current circumstances mean less staff I don't appreciate call being answered, issue explained and then call ended, probably because they're going to have to replace equipment! #ShockingCustomerExperience

@TalkTalk Day 4 of paying for a service. This is absolutely not good enough. At a time like this, we are totally disconnected from family. I’m not able to FaceTime my mother, who’s at home alone with 2 broken ribs. We need this sorted today!

@willgoring I have been trying to get a new router from @TalkTalk for about a year. They train people to block their customers, plus their staff in call centres abroad get off on being rude as well as totally unhelpful. Don't ever sign up to TalkTalk.

@TalkTalk Utterly incompetent or deliberately so? My Aunt, an at risk 96yr old housebound with only phones for communication left for 5 days without help.. I've made multiple complaints every day been passed between every department They've still not even booked an engineer ! 🤬

@TalkTalk said they were going to send me a new router as they concluded the new one they just sent me was broken. They promised 3 days. Nothing happened a week later. Odd how everything that should be straightforward is so complicated. Wonder why that is!?

@TalkTalk I don't need assistance, I'm done with you lot- I now have a service seven and a half times faster, guaranteed no drop outs (Like every other day on Talk talk) and it's a full ONE POUND cheaper per month. 500Mbps for less than the £34 you were charging, no need for DM's It's here

@TalkTalk I have a problem and need to speak to you. I took my mobile into EE recently for a problem with the phone that wouldn't swipe. The guy there said the phone had a virus and deleted apps including yours. Now I can't get TT back & not recognised!
