Appalling customer service from @TalkTalk - at 18.25 I'm told they'll do a network check and call me back after 20 minutes. 90 minutes later, still no response so I ring the helpline - closed for the day. Superfast broadband my arse! I'm changing provider ASAP.

@TalkTalk this is a joke I'm paying nearly £50 for broadband and I haven't had any internet service for 1 week now. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends or family. How in 2023 I can't get any WiFi. This is beyond a joke!!
