When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged Β£37m. We've actually been cut off twice now and it's getting very frustrating as they are in their 80's and rely on the service.
