When the data privacy of 150k customers at TalkTalk happened on her watch she was merely in the foothills of incompetence. In her last role she oversaw a failed service which splurged £37m. Nice work if you can get it.

@TalkTalk My router went off completely (no lights). I connected a borrowed power supply and it now has the power light on and wireless one on intermittently. Can’t connect to the Internet. Causing big issues re working from home, can you help? Thanks.

Yet again @TalkTalk fail to deliver a commitment. Broadband due 15/01. Multiple calls and broken promises. Don’t use them!! Agreed call at 1pm today to resolve. Amended to Monday - little hope as they missed the last 2 #talktalkrubbish

My @TalkTalk internet contract finally finished a couple of months ago, I couldn’t wait for it to finish, terrible service and connection. If anyone is looking for an internet provider choose @VodafoneUK customer service top notch and the connection is spot on! #happydays

@TalkTalk I'm disabled & alone. At 03:00 27.05.2022 the TV, broadband & landline went down. I contacted technical support, they were unhelpful & kept saying that my line was OK, one person I was put through to was talking to colleagues & laughing & cut me off. It's ridiculous 😒
