Seriously getting sick of the awful signal from @tescomobile 4 years I’ve been a customer and have 4 contracts with you spending &150-£160 a month and it’s getting worse everyday! Been trying to speak to someone all day (friend) and constantly getting call failed 😡

@tescomobile why is it when you ring your customer care line for help with payment, but because I've been busy working in a gp surgery non stop all day, I don't get the help because I didn't ring quick enough. I find your company's customer service awful.

@tescomobile hi Tesco. We have an account with four phones in our family in Banbury. The reception for calls and data over the last week has been terrible. Any news? The coverage said there was an issue with a mast has this been resolved?

@tescomobile Hi, my husband is on Sky mobile and has same problem, just reported fault on website even thou it says no problem, both networks cannot be wrong even with two entirely different makes of phones!

@tescomobile I upgraded one of our phones and was given free 6mth tesco clubcard+ and double data, I’ve been trying to get this activated and been passed from pillar to post the code has now expired!!! And I would like the benefits, please help. Wendy

@ThreeUKSupport Hi! I’m trying to connect to my work VPN from my laptop through my mobile hotspot. Just on a call with your support guys and they reckoned that isn’t supported on Three. Works fine through @tescomobile and @e_emobile though. Can you confirm this isn’t supported?
