    Seriously getting sick of the awful signal from @tescomobile 4 years I’ve been a customer and have 4 contracts with you spending &150-£160 a month and it’s getting worse everyday! Been trying to speak to someone all day (friend) and constantly getting call failed 😡

    @tescomobile I can’t call or receive calls today, get call fail on them all but I’m able to text and use data without a problem. Is there a problem in the CF63 area?

    @tescomobile Hi, can you tell me if Tesco intends to support Apple Watches any time soon on a cellular level. If not why? O2 network is used on Tesco mobile…. How far apart can an iPhone be away from a watch if used and will your Apple Watch connect to all available WiFi?

    @tescomobile what is the escalation process regarding a faulty phone that has been lost by @Tesco? My OAP mother has been without a phone since September and promises to resolve have failed. No senior support from Pengam Green Management or in-store guidance. #disgracefulservice

    @mouthwaite @EE I was with EE! As soon as I could upgrade I left! They are awful! I went to @tescomobile ! Been with them for over a year and i have never had a problem.

    @mouthwaite @EE I’m on @tescomobile have the whole family on it and have been on it for over 10 years now, after poor service form a different provider. You are paying for a service that you are not being provided with! Nothing wrong with outing them for poor service.

    @tescomobile Sorry? I paid for a MONTH not 8 days! It's a MONTHLY tariff, and you have to, by law, provide it for a MONTH not 8 days!! A monthly payment covers a MONTH!! Anything less HAS to be pro rata, end of! Why are you not aware of the law, it overrules your T+Cs and complaint procedure!

    @tescomobile Hi, I wanted to transfer my number from another network to you when gifted a new phone. On Sunday I followed the instructions, and got a text saying I’d be texted in the next 24 hours to let me know when my number would be changed. I haven’t received it yet.

    @mouthwaite @EE Been with @tescomobile for 11 years. Never had an issue with any customer service in shop or by phone. Never had signal problems either

    @tescomobile @MrsGunner Myself, husband, 2 adult sons and teenager have been with Tesco mobile for about 6 years now and have always had great customer service. I wouldn’t change.

    @tescomobile Have 3 phones on my account for which i pay the bill. Mine my wife and daughters. Want to see all three bills on line my laptop to check how much each is costing how do i do this as i had problems with my previous supplier ID ?

    @tescomobile There is no point in sending you a private message. The last problem was only sorted out by the ombudsman and I’ve a letter that states they will give me £30 in compensation due to not being able to use the phone. It’s now been fixed after6 months of complaining but no money.
