    Seriously getting sick of the awful signal from @tescomobile 4 years I’ve been a customer and have 4 contracts with you spending &150-£160 a month and it’s getting worse everyday! Been trying to speak to someone all day (friend) and constantly getting call failed 😡

    @tescomobile what is the escalation process regarding a faulty phone that has been lost by @Tesco? My OAP mother has been without a phone since September and promises to resolve have failed. No senior support from Pengam Green Management or in-store guidance. #disgracefulservice

    @tescomobile They have several times!! And been promised call backs from a manager twice. Then promised the complaints department would call but nothing. It's outrageous! I'm not impressed whatsoever. You obviously don't give a crap about your customers.

    Great service from @tescomobile trailed myself and 2 kids to get a new phone from Bellshill tesco mobile. Shops shut at 4pm today even though it says 7pm online . Thanks for the hour long round trip with 2 toddlers in tow for nothing 😒😒

    @tescomobile I recently ported over my old phone number to my new sim (& phone), but now every time I make or receive a phone call, my 4G signal just disappears and I have to turn my phone off and on again to get Internet back. Any idea why?

    @NatWest_Help Good morning. Why can't I cancel my @tescomobile insurance direct debit on the Nat West app or through online banking. Other DDs can be easily cancelled. Why not this one? I shouldn't have to phone telephone banking about this as suggested online.

    @tescomobile Do not use this company they are awful!! My friend renewed her contract & has had no data since then. Spoken to 10 people! Told to do different things & nothings worked. Promised a manager would call back twice but no call. They won't let her cancel either!!! Crooks!

    @tescomobile my mam called up today for some help and advise, the customer service she received was disgusting. When she asked to put in a complaint, she was told there wasn’t a complaints department, which is a massive lie.

    @tescomobile ,bob on again. No fuss upgrade. Never have any trouble with the signal and when I'm abroad I always get a good reception. And also I know exactly what I'm paying for the next two years 👍🏻
