    Seriously getting sick of the awful signal from @tescomobile 4 years I’ve been a customer and have 4 contracts with you spending &150-£160 a month and it’s getting worse everyday! Been trying to speak to someone all day (friend) and constantly getting call failed 😡

    @tescomobile what is the escalation process regarding a faulty phone that has been lost by @Tesco? My OAP mother has been without a phone since September and promises to resolve have failed. No senior support from Pengam Green Management or in-store guidance. #disgracefulservice

    @tescomobile this is a really poor service from you. I took out a new sim only contract for my child to replace his previous contract. I subsequently cancelled the contract entirely. You charged me a early termination fee plus fees for 2 additional contracts that I’d cancelled.

    @tescomobile I have received some of the worse Customer service when contacting your customer care team. I am due a refund of just over £400 for a final bill even tho I have not left Tescomobile,I was told the refund would be 3-5 days and still waiting!! Called again got no help.

    @tescomobile absolutely disgusting service from tesco mobile u should be embarrassed!! 3 weeks and my sim still don’t work. My 10 year old daughter has no phone access!! Taken my money and charging me still for a service we can’t use.

    @tescomobile It’s gone back to E (edge) You’ve done all you can. It’s now either the software update from @AppleSupport or despite claims on the @O2 website the mast is still no good. O2 aren’t responding, and Apple won’t acknowledge that others have signal problems after the update.

    @johndexterjones @tescomobile @tescomobile have lost my husband's business number in a switch from O2. No flexibility comment relevant - absolutely no way they're going to allocate someone to sort the probem, no way to talk to technical people about problem. Inflexible (and incompetent!)

    @tescomobile Hi, is there a way to look back at old voicemails that are no longer on my own voicemail log? Trying to find the voicemails of my Nan who passed away from cancer. Would do anything to hear her voice again on the phone! Any help?

    @RobertW33333 @kellsbells60 @tescomobile The guys on the phone lines have been that way with me too Rob. By contrast the social media teams seem to have recognised the trend with this issue and are giving clear statements but I don’t know why the phone guys aren’t being told to say the same?!

    @tescomobile can you explain common sense behind your process for sim replacement? Why do you cancel current sim before new sim has physically in user hands? Leaving all without services sometimes for days? Your technical support is poor to all what they advising is to wait!
