@tescomobile I am being charged £59 for 20gb a month and for a almost two year old phone, where I can buy iPhone direct from Apple and get a sim only deal for unlimited calls, texts and data for less than you are charging a valued customer, I don’t understand your pricing

@tescomobile having a nightmare with your network. Have had not been able to make any calls since 10am, no network coverage. This is a new contract. Went on tesco mobile chat earlier. Told to turn off, then turn on phone after 6pm and all would be well. Its not. Shambles.

People have lots going on trying to budget with the inflation challenges and don't stop to check addresses on everything as most use email now. Also did you guys not check? @tescomobile hi, is there a problem with your telephone customer service? Twice I’ve called to speak to someone (I can’t get the response I need through chat), and after about 6 minutes the hold music is interrupted by a beep, then I can hear background noise but no one speaks.
