It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

Unless I live in the ONE spot in the UK with hardly any coverage. I spend my life looking at a spinning circle. No signal. Its crap. Wish I'd never bothered with Tesco.
