I'm not happy and will seek compensation. How do we resolve this. This is an issue with YOUR updates, and frankly, I'm getting enoyed.

She bought an add on as customer services were beyond poor. The data add is not working. She would tweet but… NO DATA. Can you please help?

You have switched off number which I have had for over 7 years and today, I was told to cancel contract with Tesco as ‘we don’t know how to fix it’ so best way is to cancel it!

Why else would you leave a longstanding customer without a phone for 31 days after your team mistakenly removed my number!
