All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

But why ******** have we got to apply for it. The banks should be up front and historically give it back to people. Millions are still owed.
