    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB your branch locator has been down for weeks. This is a joke. I've gone to 3 TSBs to find they are closed. Please can you share a list of branches in London and the greater London area and their opening times. And maybe fix the website!

    @TSB Have now received call from TSB on Friday 25/09. Unable to resolve issue. Still unable to access my personal or business account online. Causing considerable embarrassment unable to pay bills due. Pay £25 pcm to TSB for account and charges for Business acc?

    @TSB Hi TSB , I have received a call from Owen ( Branch area manager). I have returned his call, on the number he provided, but the line was busy and would not connect me, instead it directed to your online banking website and terminated the call. Kind regards Michelle
