    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB Any update?, One of the places I was to make payment to is now closed as it closes at 4.30 and the app and website are still not working, will yous be covering the late payment fee on Monday?

    @TSB How do I know my problem is also your problem? Can you give an estimate how long this will take to correct? I checked just after midnight to check that a payment went through, it was showing signs of vulnerability even then. I need to make a payment like this morning.

    @TSB Sort it out I've got bills to pay and my boss has 25 members of staff due pay this morning 10 members of staff walked off the job because they hadn't been paid through no fault but yours! Will you compensate the people loosing wages because of your error?
