    @TSB 32 minutes waiting for the second attempt to sort this and still no one is picking up. Not great customer service really is it?

    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @BankofScotland I literally can’t get a bank account nowhere. There’s nothing anyone can do to help. Thank you @TSB for all of this, accusing me of lying when I had money stolen from me and reported it to yous, just to save your pockets you’ve fully messed up my life.

    .@TSBbusiness my business account still not working, having complained twice but still they do nothing! I get the feeling .@TSB are going to go bust soon. No reputable bank would freeze a business' accounts without notice or reason.

    @TSB It’s been declined cos you arseholes accused me of lying when I was a victim of fraud & now I’ve obviously been blacklisted & can’t open a bank account again, I said this when I was closing my account & you assured me I wouldn’t have a problem opening an account with another bank
