@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

@TSB No I cannot and further more a few weeks ago the App was down so I went into the branch And guess what their system was down. Your playing here with people Money. I think its about Time Compensation is given to the Many customer’s for the for the Constant Inconvenience, Upset Ect

@TheFCA What can you do about the persistent @TSB App and Online Banking Outages? This is a common occurrence and affects customers regularly. No one has had access to their money with TSB now since yesterday evening! TSB customer service is shocking!

@TSB Compensation Time Now for for your Customers. You’re Bank is Constantly Causing this issue you must have an extremely Poor Networking Department, invest in a Proper Department when you are playing with People money. You’re Customers are not putting up with this Anymore

@TSB Ever since you "upgraded" your system a couple ot years ago it has been, frankly rubbish. These problems always seem to happen around the month end too, when people are reliant on moving money around. Very poor, please resolve properly or you will lose more customers.

@TSB Loving the irony! "Need help? We're here on twitter 7am to 10pm Mon - Fri". Yet no-one @TSB bothers to answer these comments or provide updates with anticipated re-start time of app / online banking! @TSB 's poor performance impacts on personal & business customers.

@TSB shocking how in todays world we have the tech to create rockets but have trouble accessing the TSB app.....again!! I agree with other comments that customers need to be compensated due to this issue, created by yourself and not the customer. Look forward to you response!
