@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

@BootsUK how quickly do you take a debt card payment? I have no @tsb bank acc access online so can’t see what’s come off and what’s not. Transaction was last month would it be off yet.

@TSB Oh now you have a response but ignoring others. Interesting. This was was found when I was forced to have someone go out after 9pm last night and drive 4.5 miles to get me a mini statement because you don’t respond , answer calls or acknowledge issues

@TSB Oh just no access to my acc online for 5 weeks. Complaints ignored no ref no within a week as you are supposed to. My first complaint (you’ve had 4) was over a month ago. Looking forward to passing this to ombudsman as you clearly couldn’t give a ****

@TSB really disappointed with the service I have received since switching to your bank. Been frozen twice and had a payment held. All with no justification. Very poor. Once my account is unfrozen and I get the switch reward I suspect I will switch away.

@TSB Hi Sophie I’m not sure if you are aware but apparently any payment made on 24th has not been applied to anyone’s account and they are working to resolve it

@TSB I have not and I will not be doing as I am sick of this at this point, Monday morning I shall be swapping my bank to a more compitent one that can handle modern banking requirements like login servers.
