  @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

  @TSB your customer service is shocking forgot to put me on hold whilst joking with a colleague as I asked to escalate the call to a manager saying errr complain complain complain and laughing. Not professional at all, this is several issues now since coming to Your bank maybe time to move

  @TSB as a new customer trying to setup my online banking I am appalled by the poor service and lack of care I have received. This has to be the worst service I have received ever, and your Indian based call centres are an absolute joke!

  @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…
