    @TSB really, again? App won't let me login. Uninstalled, reinstalled, went through the login authentication process...and nothing! Not letting me in.

    @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

    @TSB if requesting a onetime passcode it suggest I want receipt timely my number is correct as this arrived 7 hours later - tried to checkout today asked for number and guess what waiting for text - why!!!’this used to instant ! Carrier pigeon text service!

    @TSB thanks TSB, have not been able to buy my weekly food shop due to the onetime password protection system not working properly. Also sending all customers to the fraud helpline is not a good idea as it clogs the lines and causes stress.

    @elliecowley @TSB My parents have been waiting since yesterday morning to process two payments online (that have a deadline of 1pm today). This is a basic financial service. I can’t believe this. @tsb: Please FIX IT and please give us some REAL updates (not this constant template response!).

    @TSB this is it for me....I al leaving....after all the challenges over the last two to three years.....then restricting crypto, now restricting general online purchases with a shocking product change OTP rollout..this is terrible service no matter the account level. I'm out

    @TSB I can't believe online payment system still not working. Verified by visa now working but won't send secure code SMS messages to verify transaction. It's now Sunday how hard can it be to fix this
