    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    It’s wild that some 2 years after one of my debit cards got replaced has my old card stopped working with a monthly payment. Not a DD. Card payment. Only slightly worrying @TSB

    @rich1903dandy @TSB Because they’re sheisters. Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020

    @TSB I have sent several emails regarding this. I do not need to send you a DM so you can remove a complaint from public scrutiny. All in my network should be aware of this situation as you are clearly not set up or trained appropriately to support business banking or inclusivity

    @TSB getting really annoyed banking with you now, I've been with you years and there's always problems. I can't access my funds again. You need to sort this out your the most unreliable bank I have ever been with. It's literally *************** now
