Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

@TSB want to speak to someone to confirm what is in pending on my credit card and the customer service phone number keeps directing me to self service options. I just want to speak to a human! Why can’t I get through to anyone when your call centre should be open?

@TSB All my numbers are correct on file. Not getting any OTP on either mobile or landline. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. It doesn't like my login details even though I have had the same ones for years.

@TSB folks, your customer service is horrible. The waiting times are just "indefinitely" long. My wife has been on the phone for over an hour (twice) but no luck. All because you blocked a payment and asked her to call a number that she can't get through to... Ridiculous!!
