    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @H_WolvesYYA @nicolajpriest @TSB This is the last straw for TSB and me. Literally not a week goes by they have some kind of issue. Standing order issues for people today now this. I have to go and pick my friends gift up and just hope the money turns up.

    @TSB That’s over 24 hours and my account is still blocked. Emails from companies whose DD were due asking for payment - I have the funds!! Poor poor service - considering closing my account!

    Ok, so, I have an account with @TSB but live in Spain. I’d been trying transfer my money for a while now and you are not letting me, I’d been also expending money calling you and you hang up on me. Do I have to travel there so you listen to me? Awful service.

    5 hours of calls since Monday, 13 maybe 14 different people and a trip to local branch and yet @TSB still haven’t sorted out issue! Is it ok to get annoyed yet! Friend said they would’ve lost patience after 3rd person on day 1.
