    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB Hi - It pops up with a message saying "we weren't able to do that, sorry, it looks like there was an unexpected error...." I have deleted the app and reinstalled as the troubleshooting advised but no joy as I just get the same error 😢

    @TSB Already tried that. You completely set up as a new customer and it gives you the green tick to show that it's complete, then it takes you back onto the set up page and not the login page.

    @TSB instead of doing stupid **** like this your management need to employe qualified IT staff to sort your App yet again screwed my accounts up, every week your ****** app is down or having issues, useless T. Totally S. **** B. Bank

    As expected @TSB banking app is down and I can't pay my bills but that won't stop them charging me for being overdrawn COMPLAINT MADE ! Any of my twitter friends recommend a alternative bank?

    @TSB Hello, I can't log into the TSB app on my phone or on my laptop. With the phone I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, tried switching off the phone etc. but it just keeps telling me there is an error. Help please, I've got bills to pay! Thanks.
