@Charentegirl @TSB Text message said call 0345 3561034 (genuine fraud No). Also tried other No's on the website for debit card (see if they could help) 0345 8357922 and 0345 835 3846 (as per Twitter team reply). You Q for 13mins "our agents are busy" then cut you off "we'll call back" They don't.

@TSB Hi Jacob. It wasn't a login issue. It was inability to complete Make Payment to selected person. I have completed what I needed to do now but it took hours of retrying. Mostly getting held up on confirm password to authenticate payment. Thanks

“We cannot take responsibility for contactless charges being used on your card, if you’re telling me you didn’t give your card to someone else” the crack fraud team at @TSB telling me it’s impossible for someone to steal money from my account. Give me strength!!!
