@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB surely you must be able to tell when an existing Apple Pay customer puts it back on via an app update or new device etc. sending out a mail everytime seems costly and not very environmentally friendly

@TSB is your mobile banking app supposed to ask for another login when you close its window? If I leave the app open and come back to it, it comes up logged in ,unlike my other account with another bank which asks for fingerprint again? I'm using the latest app.

@TSB hey guys and gals there's an issue with the mobile app for personal banking, its not working. All I'm getting is "we can't authenticate your device" I've just installed it on my new mobile and it worked, then when I went off and came back on I got that message

@TSB The time has come to go our separate ways. Your app and online services still throw up errors. Standing orders fail and my card gets declined sometimes for no reason. I can’t even go into a branch, because they’re all gone. It’s just not good enough.

Does anyone actually work at @TSB fraud department?? Went to transfer money through to my other bank account for my residency and they only freaking block ALL my account access online and on app - I need to get money out to feed my kids and I’ve been on hold for 37 minutes!!!

@TSB This is really helpful, thank you! Do you have any plans to accept cheque through your app like most other banks? Obviously due to my job it's almost impossible to visit a branch so have to rely on online banking for everything and tbh it's lacking some major features.

@Bluebellewwfc @TSB On phone now to be fair and the lass is doing her best but 300 minutes would normally last me a month - I’m down 142 in total trying to get through to TSB today alone! Still on!
