    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB I’d be more than happy to, the basic issue is that I can access my account from my phone but when trying to same from web portal it asks re-verify my self and for the same computer and IP address!

    @Minghowriter @TSB Have you tried a password manager? There's quite a few options out there now that take all that hassle away. Won't help with TSB's subpar online experience tho.

    @TSB 5 DAYS SINCE I STARTED COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. No contact from TSB about what's happening to resolve this issue. WHY?

    Hi @TSB just gained access to my spend and save account today - applied on the 1st March , opened on the 11th, ready to use on the 20th but due to an error was not added to my app until today. When does the 6 month start for the £5 a month and when does it run each month?

    @TSB has the worst customer service I've ever experienced I've had a complaint open with you since the start of Jan The claims handler has since gone awol and won't respond to my calls or emails! The way you've handled my account is appalling it's causing me unbelievable stress!
