    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    @TSB It’s ok I’ve seen from another thread it was down to a security breach and some customers cards have been compromised, seems there’s a few, not impressed at the lack of communication from tsb as to why the new card was been issued, just the fact it was, had to find out from X 🙄

    @TSB really disappointed with the service I have received since switching to your bank. Been frozen twice and had a payment held. All with no justification. Very poor. Once my account is unfrozen and I get the switch reward I suspect I will switch away.

    @BootsUK how quickly do you take a debt card payment? I have no @tsb bank acc access online so can’t see what’s come off and what’s not. Transaction was last month would it be off yet.

    @xShadowEmpressx @TSB No suprise! Seen other say they have the issue on a regular basis. I have had no acc access for 4 weeks no. No complaint reference numbers provided and no help at all

    @TSB Oh now you have a response but ignoring others. Interesting. This was was found when I was forced to have someone go out after 9pm last night and drive 4.5 miles to get me a mini statement because you don’t respond , answer calls or acknowledge issues

    @TSB honestly has THE WORST customer service, the app Doesnt work properly , im trying to give YOU money but your phone advisors are refusing to take all because i cant remember 6 digits of a code given in 2022. Mind you, ive already gone through three ssecurity checks 😡
