    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB Let's be honest the bank ain't the peoples bank as you cliam to be when your actions as a bank leaves people out of pocket and refuse to accept the amount of time to remove a block is unacceptable

    @TSB hi. I'm trying move money to a friend who is already in my recipient list, so done it before. It says can't do it because you don't recognise their sort code. He has the same sort code as me! - 776301 Why is this not working please?

    @TSB I'm not asking you to access to my account details but are you saying almost 400 minutes to get a card unblocked is acceptable over the number of calls I had to do.

    So I get my daughter an account at the local @TSB branch which then closes. Not a problem, we can use internet banking and a paying in book. There’s always a way. Only no there isn’t. Being a child she has to do everything in branch. But there isn’t one? Repeat. Do not pass go.

    @TSB customer service on the phone is ATROCIOUS! twice in the past month when I’ve had to call them they’ve sent me from wrong department to wrong department. I have been on the phone for 2 hours each time just to get my online banking login sorted. WTH

    @TSB It logged me out of the app entirely, to behind with. Then when entering my username, it wouldnt allow me to get to the password input stage. Not having the issues now but this is a regular occurrence and it’s a bit of a joke now.
