  @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

  @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all it’s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !   @TSB I have followed everything correctly. Photos taken and green ticks displayed for all details. When I click deposit I get: sorry this service isn't responding. TSB error code MCD19

  @TSB I dont think its the Internet because its happening whether im connected to WiFi or using my data. Must be a problem with the app itself.

  @TSB Purchase made on the 26/12/25. Paid on their website with my debit card. Item still hasn’t been despatched. I’ve tried contacting Zavvi through several different methods and they don’t reply.

  @TSB I don't understand why TSB accept log in details for weeks, then decide they're not valid, and you have to have an extra password, and tell them the device is your own again.

  @TSB your app is down it is saying that there is no Internet connection, well it can't be as I have just sent this message from the same device so it is lying
