  @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

  @TSB There are no account details in my message. You closed my main account because I could not pay enough money into it. For five years, I was too ill to work because I had serious heart problems. If you close my branch I have to find other ways to communicate with you.

  @rich1903dandy @TSB Because they’re sheisters. Terrible tech & terrible treatment of customers (FCA) has fined TSB £10.9 million for failures in its treatment of customers in financial difficulty, including vulnerable individuals and those in arrears, between June 2014 and March 2020
