All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

Then i'll be happier, your bank has really gone down hill. Payments taking forever to come out of account, some pending for more than 4-5 days at a time. Leaving nothing

Gayle Allan (@ha57gma) reported@TSB extremely disappointed to make a trip to a branch (not local - it’s closed) to be told no ‘counter’ works at the weekend so I can’t pay my bags of coins in, go to the post office or come through the week. Not exactly customer service to be proud of.
