I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

You all know what TSB stands for don’t you? “The Sh#%y Bank” In all customer service surveys the bank comes lowest in the high street of all of them, always! Doesn’t that tell you something?
