    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB your website isn't working 'Again'...service status says everything is fine but from the tweets I'm seeing it's obvious you have no idea when your system is and isn't working effectively.

    So I get my daughter an account at the local @TSB branch which then closes. Not a problem, we can use internet banking and a paying in book. There’s always a way. Only no there isn’t. Being a child she has to do everything in branch. But there isn’t one? Repeat. Do not pass go.

    @TSB I'm not asking you to access to my account details but are you saying almost 400 minutes to get a card unblocked is acceptable over the number of calls I had to do.

    @TSB customer services is absolutley shocking, the worst I have ever experienced in any company let alone a bank. Whoever is reading this that is thinking of using any of the services I hope the message finds you! and you can avoid all the incompetence and stress.

    @TSB looks like I'm cancelling a new card because yet again when I use it using chip and pin transaction puts a fraud block on my card for the 5th time in one day.

    @TSB It logged me out of the app entirely, to behind with. Then when entering my username, it wouldnt allow me to get to the password input stage. Not having the issues now but this is a regular occurrence and it’s a bit of a joke now.

    @TSB I am now at 50 minutes waiting and no option for managing cards on app or internet. Absolutely shocking service - TSB seems to lack the quality of services other banks offer (paying cheques in online for example) I can find no reason to continue my business banking with you.

    @TSB Hi, I’ve managed to sort it out now. I think there’s an issue with some apple ios devices and tsb online webpage.
