  @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB No option on the app tonight to pay credit card. In fact credit card entirely missing from app. 4th time in 3 yrs its gone missing from the app. I note the 'manage cards' option isnt working either so thank Gawd I havent lost my card. Its rather frustrating really.

  @dhh The problem is that it’s just not true Like a lot of invented ‘Health and Safety’ rules, GDPR is a new way of saying “I don’t want to help you” Once had @TSB refuse to disclose a picture of a fraudster “because of GDPR” Suspect it was inside job, so GDPR used to hide identity

  @TSB one of the worst banking services received in the UK. The customer advisers cannot be understood their English is dreadful. Indian accents are so strong. I want to speak to a UK based agent instead of being fobbed off. No branches you can speak to anyone now. Terrible.
