    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

    @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬

    @TSB 5 wks ago I visited TSB in Glasgow city centre to have a direct debit camcelled. Was told a block would be placed on it, so why am I still being billed? You going to refund the 45 pounds I've paid this month - for absolutely NOTHING!??

    @TSB I’ve been told to go to a branch to open an account. However the nearest branches near me are only open between 10am to 4pm with the counter being closed on Saturdays. How is someone working full time supposed to go?

    @TSB No, I have 2 choices now... ombudsman or switch bank....I'm fact the best option is to switch away. 40 odd years as a customer and I can no longer trust @tsb

    @TSB getting really annoyed banking with you now, I've been with you years and there's always problems. I can't access my funds again. You need to sort this out your the most unreliable bank I have ever been with. It's literally *************** now

    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

    @TSB I have followed everything correctly. Photos taken and green ticks displayed for all details. When I click deposit I get: sorry this service isn't responding. TSB error code MCD19

    @TSB Unable to search in the app longer than periods of 3 months. That's ridiculous and pathetic because I don't remember the dates and therefore I'm unable to search that way. HELP
