  @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

  @TSB hi, as of last week we can no longer login to our business banking via the app, although none of our details etc have changed…do you have a live chat help feature? I can’t phone as the app is ON my phone, and there are no branches nearby…

  It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

  @TSB your customer service is shocking forgot to put me on hold whilst joking with a colleague as I asked to escalate the call to a manager saying errr complain complain complain and laughing. Not professional at all, this is several issues now since coming to Your bank maybe time to move

  @TSB No option on the app tonight to pay credit card. In fact credit card entirely missing from app. 4th time in 3 yrs its gone missing from the app. I note the 'manage cards' option isnt working either so thank Gawd I havent lost my card. Its rather frustrating really.

  @TSB any chance of sorting out the faster payments issue? And don't give me yer scripted response. Please provide an estimated resolution time. Or am I supposed to be without money completely???
