    Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I canโ€™t log on to my online banking. Whatโ€™s going on??

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldnโ€™t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as itโ€™s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @santanderuk @TSB Why AI is really dangerous for all itโ€™s clients esp Banks is first AI companies will ask clients to fire their employees and then 5yrs down the line AI companies will ask Clients huge huge forcefully COST for Maintaining it as AI code is very complex !     @santanderuk @TSB Sole trader. I've been on chat for ages and it's signed me out and then another time said technical issues. I keep responding and saying I'm still there when the screen comes up. Now been on for 40 minutes and counting.

    @TSB Same error. Cleared cache and data for app then uninstalled & rebooted. Same error.

    @TSB Hi, my nan has recieved an inheritance cheque that she wants to deposit into her joint account with my grandad but she has mobility issues. Would my grandad be able to deposit it or does my nan need to be there or can she sign something to give consent?

    @TSB thanks for letting me know you became part of Santander four days ago. I shall be closing my account tomorrow, fifty years after opening it. I left Santander several years ago after announcing their DEI credentials which was more about the staff and less about the customer
