@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB my mum is receiving "ERRSCAO2 sorry something went wrong" error when trying to log into desktop banking, can you advise please? She has cleared cache/cookies etc as told on the phone to contact centre. I can see this was an issue in 2020 with TSB?

@TSB I tried on a laptop I'd not used TSB on before - got to the login screen, it kicked me back to the user ID page with the claim that details were incorrect (they were not). If I try to click continue on User ID page now, I get the same error code as earlier.
