  @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

  @TSB your local banking approaches with the other retail managers on your shared carpark and Police that required Maplin support refused to allow me safe passage to the other bank. When i try log in as i cannot recieve the txt autorisation with a broken phone i cannot log in.

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB why have you gone ‘ block the card’ mad ?? I know you have to be anti fraud but your settings need changing . I get my card blocked on almost every credit card transaction and now my daughter on her current account debit card ! Time to change banks

  @TSB Haven't been able to access TSB app today, have tried downloading it again and it has made no difference. Internet access is fine too, there is no message on login, indicating work is being done on the app?? I'm assuming the problem is at your end. ??

  @TSB Just a quick one. My credit card DD is due to go out on 7th April. Usually if you make a payment 4 working days before then it stops or reduces the DD. I'm assuming that as Friday and Monday are not working days if I made a payment today it would make no difference?
