    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    Advice for today and tomorrow… do not bank with @TSB !!! Terrible service and terrible resolutions to issues. Will be swiftly moving my accounts to a bank that actually gives benefits to its customers.

    @TSB after being with you over 20 years, I cannot believe the service I have received today. I will be leaving shortly and I would tell anyone to stay well clear @TSB. Absolutely disgraceful customer service from management level

    @TSB you have closed my husbands bank account without reason and no one can tell him why, his account has been frozen and we are unable to access any funds, we are currently unable to pay our bills and feed our children, we need someone to call us back urgently

    @TSB are you having some issues today? Your phone lines keep disconnecting. Have tried over 20 times on various phones and they all keep disconnecting despite full signal.

    @TSB You block my card 3-4 times whilst being in America … even with notice of me being there and speaking to your fraud department on 3 separate occasions. I had no access to my OWN funds for 3 days and all Iv got after waiting a week for complaints department is an apology. Poor.

    No wonder challengers banks like monzo, starling are thriving. Just tried changing some personal details with the @tsb app, it’s mere impossible and ultimately need to visit the branch.

    @TSB It's OK, eventually someone picked up after 18 minutes and we're sorting the problem. Just don't understand why you phone your customers to automatically place them on hold? Never mind.....
