@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB so my mum is elderly & deaf. I am trying to add mobile phone no. Online banking registration doesn't work. Phone banking discriminates against deaf. Online help were useless but Terry from Swansea call centre perfected the ' say what you want but I'm not here to help'

Due to the fact @TSB no longer do counter service after 1600 our money from our @RNRMC collection as part of @TEAMDIFH_RNRMC won’t be paid in until later on in the week. Not happy with TSB.

@TSB Can't dm you? So deaf mum shops online. Needs to update mobile number. I try. Online banking doesn't register. I phone them twice. They guess. Doesn't work. I phone branch. Speak to Terry at Swansea. He again suggests sending phone code. She can't hear. Please help.

@TSB I need some support as I think my card has been blocked. I've got lots of payments outstanding now and can't pay anything. I'm in Thailand so can't call - last time it cost me £100+ for a 15 minute phone call. Please provide me with a live chat or email contact or call me
