    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

    All those waiting for your money or transfers to be done with @TSB just been told they still are trying to fix it.. And it will get at fixed at some point today.. But they didn't sound that sure. And didn't reassure me that I'll get my money. 👌👌😑

You can guarantee tsb lost a good customer after this crap! Can't even get it fixed for their customers and didn't even seem too sorry just tried to egt me off the phone

    @gray_jonathan @TSB @TSB got lucky about 5AM (might I add after trying to get through to your 24/7 line, the money finally transferred, and there was no Text/SMS as your auto service said would happen!!
