  @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

  Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

  Hi @TSB how do I block a reoccurring debit card Continuous Payment Authority I’ve already cancelled my old bank card but company still taking money from my new bank card, I’ve googled it and it says I’m able to cancel/block future payments is that correct and if so how do I go about doing that?   @TSB I need to change my address but I am unable to access any online systems. This is because the pitiful @Docusign system rejected my ID because my name is spelt in capital letters. I tried calling but sat in a queue for 20 minutes. How am I supposed to contact you?

  @TSB your local banking approaches with the other retail managers on your shared carpark and Police that required Maplin support refused to allow me safe passage to the other bank. When i try log in as i cannot recieve the txt autorisation with a broken phone i cannot log in.

  @santanderuk @TSB You absolute cowards. Your complaints person just called me and then hung up - on a bank holiday - except I can't call you back - because it's a bank holiday! Disgusting customer service!
