@TSB it was only on 11/2/23 we couldn’t log on then. Whatever is the matter with your banking system? You banks charge enough in fees surely you can get it working.

@TSB So, one cannot login without re-registering, and cannot register because one has already. When the problem is reported, staff cannot deregister till Tuesday and cannot make a todo note, even on a post-it. Customer has to phone again then, rejoining the long queue. Oh dear

@TSB fraud team blocked a transaction, allowed the transaction but didn't log it, then blocked the transaction again. Now say once blocked there is NOTHING a customer of 10 years can do or provide to appeal or get that decision reviewed. Algorithms with no feedback are DANGEROUS

@TSB_News @thetimes @TSB Dear TSB, Thank you for alerting us to the fraud transactions and thanks for your fraud number. We called and you cancelled the card. We hope it will stop any more fraud.. However, please tell us why we can't private message you because we just get an error message!
