@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB Hi, is there a way of viewing my PIN on my account rather than waiting 7 days/ working days for a reminder PIN? It's so archaic and a waste of paper to wait 7 days when other banks allow for immediate viewing after security checks have passed. Please let me know ASAP, urgent

@TSB I have called three times already and I have told you this,they refused to make any transfers or do anything, the advice given was-just wait. You’re solution is to go into a branch, I can’t do due to circumstances and need online access, which you haven’t given me in a week!
