All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

Bhoysghirl1888 (@Bhoysghirl1888) reported@TSB It was between my own but switched browser and it worked. Mum's issue was to another bank but she just done it the old fashioned way and took cash from the ATM and gave it to the person to deposit in their branch. Old tech is the best I guess.
