  Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

  @TSB 32 minutes waiting for the second attempt to sort this and still no one is picking up. Not great customer service really is it?

  @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

  Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

  @TSB has been down since last night n they’ve all buggered off for the weekend! I’ve been left with no way off accessing my own account as all the answers are wrong when there not! All I want to do is send my mate the £32 I owe her! 🙄 so much for having to be cashless!

  @TSB and again the app is down and asking me to to put in all my memorable info. I have the app on my phone so I can use my fingerprint and don't have to continuously put all this in. this is it I am done with @TSB it happens far to often and all we get we are sorry

  @TSB it affected me last night,still can’t log in with fingerprint. trying to reset my login details as can’t remember my password,put in correct user ID & correct dob & it says “can’t identify you from that info,please check and try again”..I know they are correct.what to do?

  @TSB No, my husband deleted it after we sent you a comprehensive email with all the details. No idea why the email was rejected but I then tried to send you details in an online chat but that was impossible too! You don’t make it easy to report scams, we aren’t even TSB customers.
