I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

She finds logging into the website complicated (it is), & prefers to use the app (which is much more user friendly). She’s disappointed to find out the app isn’t available on her new Fire tablet. Then i'll be happier, your bank has really gone down hill. Payments taking forever to come out of account, some pending for more than 4-5 days at a time. Leaving nothing
