@ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

Hey @TSB - u send alert saying my card has been used in France (I am in Eng) but number on text out of order. Been waiting 30mins to speak to Fraud team and tech issues mean I can’t log on to my online banking. What’s going on??

@TSB I can't access my account. I type my username, password, and the digits from my memorable info. This is clearly correct, as it then asks me for an OTP. I type that correctly and it tells me I have entered something incorrect and threatens to lock me out

@Suitpossum @heather1917 I hate having to bank online. Ever since @TSB closed my, always busy, very popular, local branch, I have had a series of problems that could easily have been resolved by a quick visit to the branch. #TSB #TSBbank
