    @TSB 32 minutes waiting for the second attempt to sort this and still no one is picking up. Not great customer service really is it?

    @ladyjaney75 @TSB Got concerned when couldn’t log in to my account on computer and the line they told you to ring to speak to them was down! 45mins to speak to Fraud and then told as it’s hubs card they will only speak to him!!!!

    @TSB Can you tell your agents dealing with ‘smart chat’ who are denying there is a bank error I have wasted over an hour only to be told a ‘duplicate ‘debit is only a duplicate if it is taken the same day it is a merchant error nothing to do with the bank appalling service

    @TSB your duplicate payments error is the final straw for me and I expect many others. Constantly having issues with you. When are the payments going to be refunded, we all have bills to pay and the fact this is still ongoing is not good enough.

    @TSB Do you have any further update on the duplicate payment issue, communication on this issue really has been disgraceful, when are monies to be refunded to my account? The response from @TSB is not good enough 😡

    @FionaCochran11 @TSB I actually went through the problem with @AmazonUK accounts dept (who were great btw) and they confirmed the payment left them once via Visa. It's all TSB!

    @TSB when are payments going to be refunded. I have just spent most of the morning on the phone trying to find out why this payment has been taken. Then I see on Twitter it’s a TSB error. I hope we will be compensated for this.
