    @virginmedia i was asked to upgrade as a valued customer, since upgrading my broadband is terrible we are all using 4g at home as connection is so poor. i have done all testing as directed from comp voice on phone and link sent to mobile. i pay for 3 virgin mobiles one now has no data

    @virginmedia No errors, never is, yet everyday at least once my net goes off, normally for 10 minutes sometimes for up to 4 or 5 hours, cant remember last time I made it 24 hours with no down time

    Not a lover of call centres and thought that they didn't really offer any customer service of any real value, then you have the likes of @virginmedia and @Hermesparcels that seem to want to upset customers. That said, credit to @NespressoUK, was blown away with your service

    @virginmedia Both, i currently have to work from home and my internet crashes all the time. i can’t get a signal in my bedroom which is the room directly above the box

    @virginmedia Let me ask, so you know how long the line is to speak to technical support? Have you tried using the text service and online chat? I have all at the same time and after 8 days I still hadn't spoke with anyone, you are unable to support your services

    Today's @virginmedia phone queue times, and still not sorted my broadband issue: - 1hr 30m - 2hrs 7m (cut off) - 1hr 33m (cut off) - currently, 17m Inept, profit grabbing company. Some more customer service staff would be great!

    No company will ever be as inept as @virginmedia: - Phone lines: wait for hours, can't speak to anyone - Message service on app down for two weeks - Text service: messaged Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues; still no reply

    @virginmedia Ah, so I do have to wait a week to get my broadband service back then! I was tantalisingly close to being able to do my job! Will have to inform my employers I guess!

    @virginmedia seriously, a price increase?! Only renewed my contract 2 months ago and for more than I've ever paid! Of course, no customer service available either. Ridiculous!

    @NathHawkeswood @virginmedia Twitter cant help, phoning cant speak to anyone, text service in an endless loop, chat service online is also an endless loop I need to speak with line faults and they aren't even an option on the automated phone service so I'm really screwed

    .@virginmedia are amazing me at the levels of incompetence that they're able to reach. Been on hold today now for 1h 33m, 2hrs 7m (then they cut me off!) and currently 33mins! If you need any customer service from them then avoid them!!!

    @virginmedia I have been trying your agents to fix my user name and password for almost 7 weeks!!! I’ve spent hours on the call and I’ve been made numerous promises but none of them kept. Still today agent telling me I should wait 2-3 weeks to fix this. This is beyond the pale!!!

    @virginmedia No. But got an email to say I had regardless. The call got cut off but didn't receive a call back. All very disappointing considering I've used your service for the last approx. 20 years.

    @virginmedia On demand hasn't worked properly for weeks. I pay every month and don't have the time to call each time it goes down. Basically told its not a big deal as its not a full service outage. I can get @skytv for £40 a month less.

    Been on hold for 15 minutes with @vmbusiness trying to get my number moved to my new @virginmedia service.. I'm losing it with this music which is way too loud for phone lines to handle so it's very disrupted.

    @virginmedia Have been talking to all sorts of people without any answers. I get the same answer that we will get back to you within 48 hours. Days and months have passed. No answer. So no point in calling the sales team. Waste of time. VERY POOR SERVICE.

    @virginmedia Problem is the deals for existing customers are worse than for new customers. Which means it doesn’t pay to be loyal. I’m on my 30 day cooling off period and I’m looking at going with communityfibre. I’ll probably look at getting my dad to cancel his move to Virgin Media too.
