Nick Weston 🇪🇺 (@Sussexmerlins) reported from Hove, England@yorkshirerosie @virginmedia 64mb is ok but if you were getting 150mb then I expect you’d notice it. Good news is. It’s not your issue. It means that theres either a fault on the line, or there’s too many people using it at the same time. It’s called “contention”. Have you called your supplier?

Ollyp3 (@ollyp3) reported@Benleo @virginmedia Wait - you have to stay on a contract or cancel. Why can't they just cancel what you were sold, give you the compensation (which they are legally required to on Ofcom auto compensation anyway for lost connectivity) and fix your service urgently. I cannot believe you are being held to a missed contract without the perks of said contract! Apalling
