Mitch (@ColynMitchell) reported from Crawley, England@virginmedia I pay for 300 meg broadband and have done for a long time. Currently via ethernet cable I get 100 meg and wifi 30-40 meg tops. But as low as 10-15 meg. When trying to stream anything via firestick I get buffering. A few weeks ago we had no problems.

Problem still not resolved. Appalling.

Our upload speed is close to zero, and there is a recurring network problem in our area. You have made working from home a complete nightmare.

We have not been given a time frame for its resolution.

If you’re paid money for a service I expect a half decent service. This is 60% of what we are paying for. Also, I complained over the phone and you never responded to my complaint.
