Virgin media, had a problem with my account and wanted to discuss as they'd mis informed me and i was incurring costs as a result, i eventually got thru they told me my security details and email were wrong even tho they'd emailed me a reminder on it #cantcomplain

What is it you do on a Friday pm/eve @virginmedia down again last half hour, and it was same last Friday for couple of hours. I’m sure in the past my problems have been on a fri too. Bad timing as I’m due to renew contract soon and if you think I’m paying anymore, no chance!!

Great work @virginmedia internet down again. Laughable that on service update it says register loss of service as after 2 working days you may get compensation, i never got any despite loss of service for a week last August! Doesn’t feel me with hope it will be fixed today!

@virginmedia Wireless, luckly my mobile is with another provider and I have no issues there. As we speak my super fast broadband stopped again. You are literally getting changed the second the contract finishes, I’ve had enough.

@virginmedia I have explained many times and always get told the same thing - that I’m wrong. Ever since your “smart upgrade” to my router I have had issues connecting devices that never had issues before despite them being in the same spot as always! Does not help when trying to work!

@virginmedia Yes. And now Ive been on the phone for 20 minutes and just been hung up on. Joke of a company with awful support. Advisor had no clue what to do, put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up. Again. Joke.
