    @virginmedia Yup, I’ve done that and run the test a few times. It all works when the WiFi is up, but when it’s down it can’t load the page anyway. Things connected with ethernet cables work fine, so the issue seems limited to the wireless network.

    @virginmedia After a total of hour and 15 minutes on the phone, @obscurenonsense was finally told that there is a known network issue affecting both wired and wireless devices in our area (BN3). We have not been given a time frame for its resolution.

    @virginmedia you are on to me over a late paid bill well you can F off I’m not paying it and when it’s cut off we will go to court I’ve beentrying to call over getting the service disconnected as Vodafone are offering a faster service at 1/2 the price and I’ve noticed

    @Inked_Ry @virginmedia I’m with you! 6 months of issues and still no manage call back 16hours spent on the to either be hung up on or put on hold and be hung up on. CISAS are not investigating sinceVirgin can’t speak to or value customers and rather hang up on polite respectful customers!
