What is it you do on a Friday pm/eve @virginmedia down again last half hour, and it was same last Friday for couple of hours. I’m sure in the past my problems have been on a fri too. Bad timing as I’m due to renew contract soon and if you think I’m paying anymore, no chance!!

Great work @virginmedia internet down again. Laughable that on service update it says register loss of service as after 2 working days you may get compensation, i never got any despite loss of service for a week last August! Doesn’t feel me with hope it will be fixed today!

@virginmedia our service has gone down for the 2nd time in 3 days and we are now being told we cannot get an engineer until Saturday morning. This is unacceptable and we are unable to speak to anyone to register a complaint. Please advise us with the issue and how to resolve this

@virginmedia The call back is regarding the fact your customer service is shocking, had no tv for a week and there’s absolutely no incentive to stay with Virgin when it takes about 20 phone calls and a week to get issues resolved!
