@virginmedia Wireless, luckly my mobile is with another provider and I have no issues there. As we speak my super fast broadband stopped again. You are literally getting changed the second the contract finishes, I’ve had enough.

@virginmedia our service has gone down for the 2nd time in 3 days and we are now being told we cannot get an engineer until Saturday morning. This is unacceptable and we are unable to speak to anyone to register a complaint. Please advise us with the issue and how to resolve this

@virginmedia Yes, done all that & made 3 successive complaints which you say were resolved, and weren't. I upgraded to 500megabit broadband in August last year, it's never gone above 100. Your customer services are an unfunny joke. I get passed from pillar to post and nothing gets resolved

@virginmedia Oh, please! You think I haven't gone through all that!? Please understand all you need to do is give me what I'm paying for, you're not. All I get from "customer service" is you insisting I am getting the service. What chance do I have when you just contract me at every turn

David Randles

@virginmedia Ran the test (through 4G!) A ‘network issue’, apparently. I’m aware of at least five other Virgin customers on my street having problems so it’s clearly a wider problem.
