    @yorkshirerosie @virginmedia 64mb is ok but if you were getting 150mb then I expect you’d notice it. Good news is. It’s not your issue. It means that theres either a fault on the line, or there’s too many people using it at the same time. It’s called “contention”. Have you called your supplier?

    @yorkshirerosie @virginmedia I think your issue is that you are furthest from the cabinet. Therefore everyone else is getting the capacity first. That said for that big a drop in speed late at night it means that they either reduced the capacity on the line or something further up is using a lot. It could

    Spoke to an awful woman called Jane at @virginmedia to cancel my contract. The attitude I got was absolutely disgusting. Thank god I managed to cancel! Even though it took around half an hour to do so.

    @virginmedia issues in BS15. It's not an outage as help desk were at pains to explain. 1mbps rather than 100 means 99 missing. It's ok in the day but evening unusable. Any update of the issue? Help desk knew about it but can't help me anything about it timeline for a fix...
