Frazzz (@FrazzzYT) reportedVirgin Media has got to have some of the worst systems in the UK. Literally two mins ago a new email demanding money >.>

Potato Witch (@spudmagic) reported@PeteUK7 @virginmedia Virgin continued to bill me after I switched to another provider, then chased me for £500 of "service" I hadn't had. When I told them I wouldn't be paying it because I switched to another provider X number of months ago, they said "oh yes, we knew that". ******* useless company
-
