Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England@virginmedia No. Your staff don’t respond to emails when they come back on shift. I’d like to raise a complaint please. Please escalate this to your supervisor if this is something you can’t do. I’ve been waiting since 14th December. Do you feel this is acceptable customer service?

Diane Patching (@dianepatching) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England@virginmedia Can you please advise when I can watch Paramount + through VM? I ring and liaise with your advisors through “Chat” and get told it’s on channel 150. Well it isn’t. No where can I find this channel. No one can offer me any help as to where this channel is located.

Brian Roe (@indiointernet) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia getting somewhat irked at the constant failure in the delivery of your services. And please don't apologise, it won't fix the broadband issue. You are now costing me money. This is not ideal. It's time for me to find a company that can deliver reliable broadband.
-
Helen Rimmer 💙 🔶️ (@melon_h) reported from Burgess Hill, EnglandHi @virginmedia any news on why our broadband and TV haven't worked since 7pm yesterday in Burgess Hill? No comms and status update just says you are aware with an expected fix moving on in time...
-
RJ Buddha (@INEya_veganfood) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia crisis with 50%+ increase in monthly costs for no reason. No increase in service, no additional benefits - nothing! Then an horrendous contact centre service.
-
Gary Pleece (@garypleece) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia Official complaint I’m afraid. They said ‘I’ll book an engineer’ I said ‘that was booked for tomorrow but you cancelled it’ She gets aggressive and it’s hard to understand what she’s saying and says ‘do you want an engineer or not.’ Sorry but this is truly shocking service.
-
Gary Pleece (@garypleece) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia No it was the ‘general area fix’ (my engineer was cancelled by Virgin) which was then followed up with an email that said ‘everything is sorted’ which it was, until today when it was in and out again for hours. It’s ok now, but for how long?
-
Warren Ryan Philips (@Luciddestiny) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England@brooktop68 @virginmedia @bridgetmck We’ve turned the Superhub to Modem Mode and picked up separate WiFi routers. Resolved most of our issues immediately and we rarely get drop outs. Invest in a decent router or Mesh, you won’t regret it.
-
Helen Rimmer 💙 🔶️ (@melon_h) reported from Burgess Hill, England@virginmedia This is still appalling customer service. I have to register (I did this when things were down in Dec for almost 72 hours), I have to alert etc you are the service provider. How is it good CS that we assume you are lying in estimates? No compensation for Dec either.
-
Fragile Creatures (@FragileCreature) reported from Brighton and Hove, England@virginmedia We already know there aren't problems in the area. I'm complaining about a lack of customer support staff and you send us to an automated line! Ridiculous.
