    @yorkshirerosie @virginmedia 64mb is ok but if you were getting 150mb then I expect you’d notice it. Good news is. It’s not your issue. It means that theres either a fault on the line, or there’s too many people using it at the same time. It’s called “contention”. Have you called your supplier?

    @virginmedia The engineer came & said it was a problem with the electrics to the box in the street, he also changed the cable to a different position in the same box, since then the the internets been ok, a little slow, it kept cutting out when speaking to my sister, she called me on landline

    @virginmedia This so called frontline customer service was absolutely shoddy. We both couldn’t understand how 3 weeks after we ordered the services and that the external was already done they finally realised that they couldn’t connect us.We heard nothing from virgin #virginmedia

    @yorkshirerosie @virginmedia I think your issue is that you are furthest from the cabinet. Therefore everyone else is getting the capacity first. That said for that big a drop in speed late at night it means that they either reduced the capacity on the line or something further up is using a lot. It could

    @virginmedia I have put a complaint into virgin media and is now being looked into. It was regarding Netflix being cancelled by you even though I had recently paid and still due to be charged on upcoming bill. Plus the amount of time sorting it on the phone! And wrong advice by your team.

    @virginmedia We were told we could transfer our old router to our new house immediately, no problem. In fact the connections don't fit the router so we need to wait for an engineer to come. Seems like something Virgin should have anticipated rather than promising it would work.

    @virginmedia You guys haven’t done everything you can to help, you told me you couldn’t offer support but then suddenly can offer me a chat. The BQM is requesting credit card details, which we shouldn’t have to hand over. Awful customer service. The quicker BT get to my town the better

    @virginmedia I sent the equipment back, never received a final bill & couldn't log into my account. I had a msg to say I was being refunded a disconnection fee then zero correspondence til the debt collectors. I've now paid but I don't want this on my credit rating as its not my doing. 😠
