    @Ofcom @virginmedia Amazing thank you. I think I am getting somewhere with virgins Twitter team but there phone staff refused to escalate my complaint to a manager several times and then insisted on a call back which will apparently take 72 hours

    @virginmedia hi my box has code c233, i call only spoke to a computer which said it was sending a signal to mu box 30 mins later still no action.

    @virginmedia @Ofcom @TradeStandards just called to try & cancel my plan as I have just been evicted. you don’t supply my new flat but want to charge me £250, your agent was so rude and refused to transfer me to a manager. Thanks for making a hard time worse!

    @virginmedia Intermittent broadband service for 24 hours, no contact or apology, and when I called your customer service rep said it wasn't on the status page because "it only affects 25% of customers." Your company should be up in front of Ofcom.

    @virginmedia In the space off about 6 months only one person offered to do something, they said they would monitor it for me for a few weeks then i never got a call and when i phoned they didn't put any notes down, I'm not even fussed about compensation at this point I just want It fixed.

    @virginmedia no it should be the same but im not 100%. even when i try to phone 150 it says not connected to network then randomly worked after 5 or 6 attempts .it also says vodaphone now
