@Ofcom @virginmedia Amazing thank you. I think I am getting somewhere with virgins Twitter team but there phone staff refused to escalate my complaint to a manager several times and then insisted on a call back which will apparently take 72 hours

@virginmedia Hi, the interruption is ongoing so I’m guessing we have faulty equipment? When I go onto the website it tells me to ‘reset’ which I do and it works for a while then goes wrong again. Can we sort a new router? Is that the issue?

@virginmedia crisis with 50%+ increase in monthly costs for no reason. No increase in service, no additional benefits - nothing! Then an horrendous contact centre service.

@virginmedia Intermittent broadband service for 24 hours, no contact or apology, and when I called your customer service rep said it wasn't on the status page because "it only affects 25% of customers." Your company should be up in front of Ofcom.

I've been waiting 2+ hours for a response over WhatsApp from @virginmedia 3 hours since first trying to reach them with Broadband down. Can't work, starting to think they just don't employ any staff. Second time I've had negligent service from them. Looking elsewhere asap.

Was with Sky for 30+ years. Been with @virginmedia a few weeks. Happy with the broadband and tv package but can not believe how slow and difficult their customer service is!! Couldn’t even get my 1st bill correct. Days of chat and on hold for hours.

@virginmedia No outages currently. But that will soon change. I work from home for the NHS and I have had to manage with several outages in core business hours. One outage was on and off for 2 days, then repeated. I want a formal complaint raised for poor service. @skytv were far better!

@virginmedia We finally got through on Fri morn but only after several attempts of trying & navigating the ridiculously long option system. We had no access to TV at the weekend which is not good enough. Hopefully we will be reimbursed for the loss of service. Box has hopefully arrived today!

@virginmedia Hi, my broadband came back online around 11am this morning having been off since around 3pm yesterday, late on yesterday I did get to the service page but showed no issues and even after several reboots I had no connection, then around 11am today it was back without warning.
