What is it you do on a Friday pm/eve @virginmedia down again last half hour, and it was same last Friday for couple of hours. I’m sure in the past my problems have been on a fri too. Bad timing as I’m due to renew contract soon and if you think I’m paying anymore, no chance!!

@virginmedia our service has gone down for the 2nd time in 3 days and we are now being told we cannot get an engineer until Saturday morning. This is unacceptable and we are unable to speak to anyone to register a complaint. Please advise us with the issue and how to resolve this

Great work @virginmedia internet down again. Laughable that on service update it says register loss of service as after 2 working days you may get compensation, i never got any despite loss of service for a week last August! Doesn’t feel me with hope it will be fixed today!

@virginmedia I have checked this multiple times and every time it says there are no issues. But when I speak to staff I am told there are issues in the area. Its been almost 3 months I haven't had access to these things and absolutely nothing has been resolved

@virginmedia Already done that, have now been on hold for 30mins trying to get answers have checked the router status to see its updating and looked at the network log to see I've potentially been sent a refurb unit as a new customer I'm not impressed!
