I accept that if its emergency works there is nothing that can be done. The reason I am cross is if you have scheduled improvement work to do, you should tell people about it before!

I completely accept that emergency work cannot be helped and has to be done as soon as required, but scheduled improvement work should be different. It's not okay to just cut people off without notice and then make out it's an outage.

I haven’t signed up for any changes so the email suggests someone has told them I’ve switched. The same happens presumably as when you switch energy providers. I’ve never had to cancel an existing provider myself.

They can just cancel it when I call them tomorrow. I’ll cancel the direct debit so they can’t have any more of my money. Why would I want 2 services?
