I've been waiting 2+ hours for a response over WhatsApp from @virginmedia 3 hours since first trying to reach them with Broadband down. Can't work, starting to think they just don't employ any staff. Second time I've had negligent service from them. Looking elsewhere asap.

@Ofcom @virginmedia Amazing thank you. I think I am getting somewhere with virgins Twitter team but there phone staff refused to escalate my complaint to a manager several times and then insisted on a call back which will apparently take 72 hours

@virginmedia Intermittent broadband service for 24 hours, no contact or apology, and when I called your customer service rep said it wasn't on the status page because "it only affects 25% of customers." Your company should be up in front of Ofcom.

@virginmedia There is no ‘fix time’ as you’re service doesn’t recognise their is a problem. Phoned 4 times, told it was service issue, then my router, then back to service issue. 2 days pay lost due to this appalling service and still not fixed

@virginmedia Yes. It is clearly an issue with the hub as it has been ongoing for a week or so now and the service status is showing no issues. I have followed all of the troubleshooting, resetting the hub etc. I just want this fixed
