    What is it you do on a Friday pm/eve @virginmedia down again last half hour, and it was same last Friday for couple of hours. I’m sure in the past my problems have been on a fri too. Bad timing as I’m due to renew contract soon and if you think I’m paying anymore, no chance!!

    @skytv on hold for over an hour to speak to billing as you have decided to up my bill by £40 still no answer, disgusting service , thank god contract up in July ,who to choose @virginmedia or @btsportfootball , will be internet & phones aswell

    @virginmedia our service has gone down for the 2nd time in 3 days and we are now being told we cannot get an engineer until Saturday morning. This is unacceptable and we are unable to speak to anyone to register a complaint. Please advise us with the issue and how to resolve this

    Great work @virginmedia internet down again. Laughable that on service update it says register loss of service as after 2 working days you may get compensation, i never got any despite loss of service for a week last August! Doesn’t feel me with hope it will be fixed today!

    @virginmedia I'm still on my old phone atm before swapping over to my new one tomorrow. I had a "refreshing sim" message and it's been strugggling since. Same phone and sim being used at the same place I've used it for 4 years without any issues. I read a new sim card could do the trick?

    @virginmedia Cable needs replacing from house to pavement. Box hanging off the wall. We are getting WiFi from next door neighbour as ours doesn’t work. We are paying you over £40 pcm. You told ombudsman you had fixed it. You gave me some compensation but didn’t fix it.

    @virginmedia Understood. I understand that new customers get a better deal, but right now it's so extraordinarily cheap for a new customer that it makes what we as existing customers get for the same money look really unfair and gives off the impression Virgin doesn't care.

    @virginmedia hi there. I've had a new box for over a week and every time we change channel the sound is out of sync. We have to change to 102 wait for a robot sound, when that clears, turn back to the channel and its ok. Having to do this 20 times a day. Please help

    @virginmedia It seems you are missing the point and just copy pasting responses from a script rather than providing responses that fit with the actual original issue described. The fault is not with the Internet, but with the WiFi from the router. And it is intermittent.
