    @virginmedia Yup, I’ve done that and run the test a few times. It all works when the WiFi is up, but when it’s down it can’t load the page anyway. Things connected with ethernet cables work fine, so the issue seems limited to the wireless network.

    @virginmedia My issue is that we called & were told only 1 box can be sent at a time, further delaying the response to the problems being corrected plus we’d need to keep calling to request the next one & wait again until that is delivered. Would it not be best practice to ask an engineer…..

    @virginmedia To come out and replace all three at once, allowing them to ensure installation is correctly completed and also checking the router at the same time? Issues with internet are also a problem

    @virginmedia For all 3, live tv is pulling all kinds of errors from skipping programs to delays in restart from pausing. All boxes are extremely slow to respond even with the easiest of commands such as choosing Guide, this can take upwards of a few minutes.

    @virginmedia Why am I not receiving sms from PayPal? I'm receiving SMS in general from everyone but not from PayPal, i contacted them and they told me to contact my mobile service provider to check if they have blocked SMS from anyone. Please help figure this out

    And finally, after 75 minutes, the @virginmedia rep agreed to cancel my account. And then took 15 minutes to do it. Then she asked if she could help with anything else, so I asked for a transcript. Not authorised to give those out, apparently. You couldn't make it up 3/3

    @virginmedia Intermittent connectivity issues, seems to be OK at the present moment, I have an engineer booked to check equipment this week. Just hope it actually stays on and doesn't drop connection.

    @virginmedia Yeah on phone to cancellations just now. Been advised have to get an engineer out regardless cos they can’t cancel account without this happening! And then to call back after 5 days to cancel! This is honestly a nightmare!! Never had an issue before now.

    @virginmedia I think you should offer a DM service similar to other corporates for customer privacy? I’ve emailed your resolution team twice and no response. You can’t help as I won’t be able to give my private details online. Looks like I’ll have to try the Chief Exec office… again.
