    @virginmedia I haven't first time for that as its hard for me to find the time to sit in hold for an hour to get to anyone. I sent another complaint through your service and have the conf. Maybe this time I will actually get the call instead of expecting to waste more of my time

    Received my @virginmedia bill which should have been amended and credited with compensation for my lack of service in August, to find I’ve been credited a measly £5!!! And that’s a month late! Absolute joke of a company and the worst customer service ever.

    Yet more problems @virginmedia had 3 weeks of good service before going tits up again. Oh and I got a full bill when I was due compensation for and I had to ring up and rectify. You really are a crappy company

    @kellysharman19 @virginmedia If it’s not sorted today, I’m out. They can stuff their contract and any fees they’d expect me to pay!! It’s just a shame that @SkyUK are quite expensive for the stuff we want and I find they never look after existing customers

    @virginmedia @NadsShad 1) you didn't notify customers that there were intermittent problems 2) your customer service line operative was very unconcerned about it when we called 3) we are home workers and need dependable services 4) yours are not dependable and nobody who works for you seems to care!

    When you’re on the phone to @virginmedia for 10 minutes before someone answers, then because you’re leaving they stick you on hold for another half hour (and counting) so they don’t have to deal with it. #complaint #fedup #ihavethingstodo

    @leylatov @virginmedia Honestly this is pretty standard. As you are in the same area, you could even start out with this 'intermittent untraceable local fault' and have no service too! As far as I can tell, they are so big, they don't care about individual customers or holding onto their custom.

    @leylatov @NadsShad @virginmedia The service really is very poor. I would definitely think twice if I were you. It's like it doesn't matter that we can't work etc Nobody calls you back and there us never a swift resolution. I'm so fed up today I could cry!

    @virginmedia Your problems in my area are consistent. Down again this eve and I’m seriously considering just not paying you. I only get service some of the time so I’ll only pay you some of the time. You don’t know how lucky you are to provide bt sport. Only reason I’m hanging on 😤

    @virginmedia Yes we keep being told there is an intermitant problem and to check back in 23 hours. That’s been the same for the last 3 days ! This needs to be escalated and the problem resolved.

    8/ You'll be told that @virginmedia are 'busier than expected' today (no mater what day or time you contact them) and then be told 'wait times are very high due to unprecedented demand' (likely due to the fact their customer service is terrible and they make so many mistakes)

    Dear @virginmedia you are the worst company. You allow a disabled person to arrange someone to collect equipment from them, then on the final day you cancel and expect them to drop it off at a parcel point within a few hours or be charged £40 1/

    @virginmedia Thanks for that but it doesn't resolve the issue of why the app doesn't remember my device. It could be reset today but I'd still have to keep replacing a device for the same device every time I log in

    Another day of no internet or TV @virginmedia there’s only so much you can believe “we’ve found an issue and we’ve let our technicians know” and an ever changing time scale. Not good enough - I can’t do any work for my job! 😞 Is there any compensation? The services aren’t cheap!

    @virginmedia After noticing the difference in contract I called 150 this morning spoke to 3 different people & don’t have any confidence they’ll do what they say. I don’t want to cancel the DD but I won’t let you take money for Maxit that you have said you would cancel but haven’t.

    @virginmedia To be honest I’m not bothered about an investigation at this point, I just want the Maxit cancelled and nothing taken from my account. I’ll cancel the broadband asa I get a new provider and cancel mobile at the end of the contract. Had enough of Virgin.
