@virginmedia It was a call and it wasn’t easy to hear what they were saying. Something about having detected that my internet was slow when doing online banking. It sounded very much like the “We are from BT open reach” scam so I said I would call them back.

@virginmedia I made an initial complaint about 3-4 months ago and it was closed by an advisor for no reason, I made a new complaint about 6 weeks ago after speaking with CISAS as I needed the deadlock letter etc which I didn’t have as the original complaint was closed
