When I go onto the website it tells me to ‘reset’ which I do and it works for a while then goes wrong again. Can we sort a new router? Is that the issue?

It’s ok now, but for how long?

But they’ve stopped communicating I have raised a complaint, but was promised a call back which didn’t happen Even the Ombudsman have had to stop taking complaints about Virgin Media due to the volume of calls

I’ve been with them from day one because I always seem to get a good deal. But god help you if you need customer services. In my experience, they tie with Vodafone as the worst in the world.
