    @virginmedia 45 minutes to get through to a person. Told them I wanted to leave. They put me on hold and cut me off! Goodbye Virgin - Hello Sky (the @skytv package is £70 cheaper). @virginmedia customer service is a disgrace

    @virginmedia It was a call and it wasn’t easy to hear what they were saying. Something about having detected that my internet was slow when doing online banking. It sounded very much like the “We are from BT open reach” scam so I said I would call them back.

    @virginmedia I’ve been trying to message with your help section for 3 hours now - had 2 agents introduce themselves then disappear. All I want to do is let them know the details of someone pretending to be Virgin who tried to scam me then threatened me this morning. Not good.

    @virginmedia We are happy, now that we're back online, but it was thanks to the two charming and communicative engineers working away in Burgess Hill that saved the day; not just because they'd fixed the issue, but they'd also told me what was going on.

    @virginmedia After over 3 hours and on my 3rd agent I managed to report it. The call was a scam, saying that my wifi was too slow and trying to get to my laptop. When I twigged and refused they became abusive and threatened physical abuse.

    @virginmedia hi, an engineer called out of the blue and claimed to be from Virgin Media working on my broadband. How can I tell if it’s not a scam? And if it’s not, how do I reach him? He gave the general customer service number

    @virginmedia I am bitterly disappointed that you have only been able to provide a broadband service for a week and now there's nothing. My work relies on fast reliable broadband. If this doesn't get fixed this Monday, I'll be seeking another provider.

    @melodiouscode @virginmedia In my experience with them they are only interested in closing the support ticket, rather than actually resolving anything. They physically cut the cable to my neighbours house while “fixing” mine once. They got it back up and running but offered nothing in recompense.

    @virginmedia Ok, so you're not going to attempt to answer my simple question. I know these things happen from time to time. This is more frequent than that. 8 times in 3 days in May. Twice in 2 weeks in July. This is more than things just not working from time to time
