@virginmedia I am bitterly disappointed that you have only been able to provide a broadband service for a week and now there's nothing. My work relies on fast reliable broadband. If this doesn't get fixed this Monday, I'll be seeking another provider.

@virginmedia After over 3 hours and on my 3rd agent I managed to report it. The call was a scam, saying that my wifi was too slow and trying to get to my laptop. When I twigged and refused they became abusive and threatened physical abuse.

@virginmedia We are happy, now that we're back online, but it was thanks to the two charming and communicative engineers working away in Burgess Hill that saved the day; not just because they'd fixed the issue, but they'd also told me what was going on.

@virginmedia I’ve been trying to message with your help section for 3 hours now - had 2 agents introduce themselves then disappear. All I want to do is let them know the details of someone pretending to be Virgin who tried to scam me then threatened me this morning. Not good.

@virginmedia How could it be a connection issue? It is fibre optic WiFi? Also the internet has been horrid the last couple of months just haven’t had time to call both my partner and I are front line so never off in the week

Just experienced #unethical behaviour from @virginmedia #coercing a customer, accept £20 and close a complaint or you can take it further and not accept the £20. Failure to be transparent and communicate effectively across all departments about charges #poorcustomerservice

@virginmedia It was a call and it wasn’t easy to hear what they were saying. Something about having detected that my internet was slow when doing online banking. It sounded very much like the “We are from BT open reach” scam so I said I would call them back.

@virginmedia hi, an engineer called out of the blue and claimed to be from Virgin Media working on my broadband. How can I tell if it’s not a scam? And if it’s not, how do I reach him? He gave the general customer service number

@virginmedia I registered it. What constitutes a total loss of service by @Ofcom? As there may have been periods of 10-20 minutes where it came back online on a couple of days.
-

Been “chatting” online & WhatsApp to @virginmedia for over 2 hours now to sign up contract renewal, very painful with 2 “advisors”, 1st one not really having a clue. What does it take to actually speak to someone on the phone in the UK that can help?

@virginmedia So 10 minutes service in any 24 hour period wouldn’t constitute a total loss? Can you stop excluding @Ofcom in your replies as well please? I’d like their clarification on this.

@virginmedia I am ending my service and returning my kit on the 7th and my DD is on the 12th. Why in the world would I pay for anything beyond those additional 5 days, especially for a service I will be physically unable to use? It's absolutely bonkers 2/2
-

You do realise you are currently offering customers a Sky Sports deal with the option to upgrade to HD at extra costs, and none of your Sky Sports channels are in HD. I'm a new customer to your TV service and already I can't wait for my contract to end @virginmedia
-
ilva
(@ecce_ilva) reported
@virginmedia Furthermore, as I gave you 30-day notice, the fact that you bill a month in advance should mean that you can produce my final bill at that time, rather than, again, charging me for a service I cannot and will not use.

@virginmedia Once again you have failed, gave us a date of 1/8 turned up today, assuming nothing done as told now 17/8, chap did use Ring, smoking away, banging on door & window scaring my 94 year old mother, once again told a manger will call never do, now time to sue you, #incompetent
