    So far I’ve had three promised appointments from @virginmedia but sadly three no shows. We’ve had intermittent broadband for about 6 months now and just can’t seem to get the problem fixed.

    @virginmedia Did you read the message, I don't want to call or use whats app ad uve spent far too long doing this already. So I'll have to complain in writing then it seems. Shocking service yet again you do not read whta a customer is saying.

    @virginmedia With all due respect, saying sorry doesn’t sort anything. I’d much rather you offered some help If I treated a ‘Customer’ in my workplace the same way Virgin Media have treated my family, I’d almost certainly lose my job. The customer service continues to be appalling

    Day 26 no services, bumped into some @virginmedia engineers today. The stupid fkrs were trying to connect 2 female cable ends together. Holy fk no wonder you're the worst service provider. Thanks for adding another 24 hours to your repaired by time. YOU REALLY ARE DUMB AS FK.

    @virginmedia I joined virgin on Sunday and need to check something yesterday so I phoned up and a simple question I couldn’t get an answer I got passed around. I was left on hold and after 45 minutes I got cut off. I phoned back today had a similar experience and then cancel the lot!
