I can live with that. But the person I spoke to had no idea about that and just booked an engineer again. Can I ask have other people raised area issues?

Churchlard (@churchlard) reported from Sompting, England@virginmedia @52marathonman They are useless, had an installation due on Wednesday of this week, they emailed me Wednesday morning to say they couldn’t instal as they had been unable to gain access on Monday. Never did they mention needing access on Monday, and I was home all day and no one rang bell!!

When I go onto the website it tells me to ‘reset’ which I do and it works for a while then goes wrong again. Can we sort a new router? Is that the issue?

Worst company and customer service I’ve ever had to witness.
