I can live with that. But the person I spoke to had no idea about that and just booked an engineer again. Can I ask have other people raised area issues?

Resolved most of our issues immediately and we rarely get drop outs. Invest in a decent router or Mesh, you won’t regret it.

Late last year an engineer knocked on the door and said because of a technical problem he had to replace the feed to my house, later informed me he couldn't because of a problem with the ducting. Fast forward to March 26, I get a text saying he is coming 16/03 no show, no explanation no apology. Next text says he will be there 27/04 no show no apology. The last three days the modem/router reboots about every five minutes, phoned again on Sunday explained and the techy advised me can't do anything until 20th June. This is not acceptable, I have been trying for two days to get onto your site, I am told you are sending a confirmation email which never arrives, subsequently I cannot contact the company. Just so that you know I have had enough and will be looking to replace the service ASAP. If I have any contract outstanding, I will see you in court.

SJL (@lambypies) reported@tom550993 Haggled Virginmedia down to £50 a month for decent broadband, one set top box for live TV and the middle TV package. Now TV and Netflix still trials less than £75. If I could get a decent reception with an aerial I would ditch the box too.

You notify me of new monthly fee starting in May and I need to look at other packages if I want to change before new price takes effect. Only for your site to be riddled with errors and your bot to give me a broken link! With that link switching between error message and taking me right back to that same chat! And I shouldn't need to go round in circles chatting about an upgrade, much easier just doing it myself on your site. If it actually worked.
