    @virginmedia They couldn’t fix it last Saturday… It’s been better today, but still up and down at certain times. Def not fully fixed

    So far I’ve had three promised appointments from @virginmedia but sadly three no shows. We’ve had intermittent broadband for about 6 months now and just can’t seem to get the problem fixed.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia I physically can’t take my service with me because you don’t supply the area & I cant keep it where I am as I am being kicked out of my home, I am not choosing to leave virgin you just can’t provide me a service.

    @virginmedia I’ve been promised a call back from Virgin media 6 or 7 times in the last 6 days No one called me back I was told by Virgin Media to raise a complaint, so I did. The lady who took my complaint promised to call me back yesterday She didn’t Worst customer service

    When you call @virginmedia for assistance with installing your kit (box on the wall is faulty) and the advisor wishes she wasn’t there... I get you finish in 20 mins but doing GDPR and placing me on hold for ages isn’t on?! I pay for a service!

    @virginmedia how can you charge a disconnection fee for a service I never renewed and disconnected the day my contract ended? Absolutely ridiculous and I'm still being charged for the contract I never renewed!

    @virginmedia So… are you saying work is being carried out today. Wait until tomorrow and then if still bad book an engineer? I can live with that. But the person I spoke to had no idea about that and just booked an engineer again. Can I ask have other people raised area issues?

    @virginmedia No, not at the moment! Guess what? Yep, your broadband is down in my area in #brighton. Well done, sterling service. You must be really proud. I have artwork to upload to my website and can't. And all you are going to do is say "sorry". That really won't help, it'll irritate.

    @virginmedia Official complaint I’m afraid. They said ‘I’ll book an engineer’ I said ‘that was booked for tomorrow but you cancelled it’ She gets aggressive and it’s hard to understand what she’s saying and says ‘do you want an engineer or not.’ Sorry but this is truly shocking service.

    @virginmedia Yes it says there is a known fault which has been going on since Friday at 7pm. No further explanation and the estimate fix just keeps resetting. It is absolutely unacceptable.

    @virginmedia You asked me to contact you to fix an issue but there are no options to do so. Phone number, when I found it, just led to a bot. Poor service.

    @virginmedia It started as the phone ringing, at all hours day & night, but no one on other end. Then people ringing me on my mobile as wasn't answering landline I was home Phone hadn't rung Trying to call out & unable Changed handset Same problem.

    @virginmedia Thank you for the update. I am not questioning the fix time as I appreciate these issues are complex. My point is the sending of an SMS message stating the issue is fixed, but then receiving a further message stating it is still being worked on.

    @O2 please for the love of god why can I not sign in to my o2 account?! Everytime I try it says about a virgin media thing and then says sorry we can’t display that page right now 🙄
