@virginmedia Can you please advise when I can watch Paramount + through VM? I ring and liaise with your advisors through “Chat” and get told it’s on channel 150. Well it isn’t. No where can I find this channel. No one can offer me any help as to where this channel is located.

@virginmedia So you stopped replying to my emails The install team has finally turned up, one week later than the promised date, only to find the team that spent an hour digging up my road, haven’t pulled the cables and therefore cannot complete the install What will you do to help now?

@virginmedia I’ve been promised a call back from Virgin media 6 or 7 times in the last 6 days No one called me back I was told by Virgin Media to raise a complaint, so I did. The lady who took my complaint promised to call me back yesterday She didn’t Worst customer service

@virginmedia I've used the service checker and It's seems to be fine at the moment but for the last 3 weeks it randomly gets intermittent problems so I call 150 only to be told their is problems in the area and it is being worked on if it continues doing it I will be leaving

@CarmaniaGB @virginmedia Virgin is epic at inconveniencing customers. Cancelled on 31 Jan, they decided to not accept that and treat final bill date as 2 Mar. Then they delayed the return details for the kit. And now they say oh the refund takes 30 days from when kit is returned. Moving goal posts much?

@virginmedia worst customer service ever as a first time customer. I am at risk of dismissal due to connectivity issues, been calling for a month to speak with management and had no contact. Staff lie and advise they have escalated matters but then call back and nothing logged.
