@virginmedia It started as the phone ringing, at all hours day & night, but no one on other end. Then people ringing me on my mobile as wasn't answering landline I was home Phone hadn't rung Trying to call out & unable Changed handset Same problem.

@virginmedia No They did line tests Said it was fine Told me was my phone After 3 different handsets all different makes/models I highly doubt it was that Last I heard an engineer was coming Never showed! Lost the will to argue anymore Will just change providers instead

When you call @virginmedia for assistance with installing your kit (box on the wall is faulty) and the advisor wishes she wasn’t there... I get you finish in 20 mins but doing GDPR and placing me on hold for ages isn’t on?! I pay for a service!

@virginmedia getting somewhat irked at the constant failure in the delivery of your services. And please don't apologise, it won't fix the broadband issue. You are now costing me money. This is not ideal. It's time for me to find a company that can deliver reliable broadband.

@virginmedia It's simple, replacement Internet box and TV box were sent as not working properly, but only one return label. Instructions clearly state one label per box but you only sent one label. I tried to phone but gave up after three attempts and mentioned here.

@tweethue Just to confirm, this is still working perfectly (almost a month later now). Sync box definitely didn't seem to like the upscaled signal from the virgin media box. Maybe one for your FAQ.

@LozzaFox @virginmedia We have been with them since they known as NTL back in the day customer service was good now since it's been Virgin Media they dont seem to care. The just want your money. Customer service is very poor. There overseas call centres are shocking.

@virginmedia If I'm a customer of yours and need customer service, you put me through to a call centre in India that provides wrong information. If I call and say I'd like to sign up as a new customer, I get UK/Ireland call centres... This is wrong. Do better.
