    @virginmedia Wireless, luckly my mobile is with another provider and I have no issues there. As we speak my super fast broadband stopped again. You are literally getting changed the second the contract finishes, I’ve had enough.

    @virginmedia After asking why we wasnt told so we could make other arrangements we was told that they assumed we already knew. When clearly wasnt the case and was just left in the Lerch! We decided we wanted to make a complaint and asked to be forwarded #virginmedia.

    Virgin media, had a problem with my account and wanted to discuss as they'd mis informed me and i was incurring costs as a result, i eventually got thru they told me my security details and email were wrong even tho they'd emailed me a reminder on it #cantcomplain

    @virginmedia He refused to file our complaint because of this. We feel treated like dirt from start and actually relived they can’t connect because the ‘first impressions’ were utterly disgusting. We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt

    @virginmedia After being on WhatsApp chat for 6 hours I and sending the images of the contract I was then told I had to call the team to discuss who now again claim they cannot see this in my contract so I am back to square one with yet another complaint open.

    @SkyHelpTeam @EasyHughes I believe sky told me that back in about 2011 when I lived in London, clearly not changed. I think I moved to Virginmedia after that, and never went back. SHD indeed should be no longer, as the new standard is FHD, and could even be argued its UHD.

    @virginmedia Just received an email about channels. Coincidence 🤔 (even though it doesn't mention any being removed) No pop up seen on ITV or ITV3 which are the ones I've become aware of so far I'm using guesswork to fix this. I'm sure you could easily switch these in a couple of clicks

    @virginmedia Of course. Placed my order on 3rd Jan, my existing service due to end 20th Jan. Engineer came to install 17th Jan, found external cabling not right. Installation put back to 7th Feb, but engineers carried out external works on 22nd Jan and today, virgin didn't know that was done

    @Joshua7Locke @virginmedia Call them, go to retentions and make youre feelings clear. I called when I got the mail this afternoon, also with a 21.50 increase, ended up with a much much better deal. It helps that I was absolutely going to cancel with the 150pm bill I was facing.
