The ofcom regulations states £8 per day for every working day after 48 hours of no service. By my calculations I should of had £24 off my bill. Fri to tues is 48 working hrs then tues-fri

Problem still not resolved. Appalling.

I have been speaking to your call centres who simply tell me what they see on their screens. These are the same messages that I’m getting via text. When I call 150 each day I get the same message saying normal service should resume by 4pm.

We have a wireless network with a powerline adapter to boost, recently had to set those up so they had to be reset. An issue with our home phone arose, it was unexpected. It’s fine now!
