@virginmedia Tried it several times - it says there are no issues. Our phone can’t ring out, constant sound of a message being there (intermittent beep) but nothing happens when trying to use it. People can’t hear us when we answer. Bought brand new phones and still the same.

@virginmedia Yes it says there is a known fault which has been going on since Friday at 7pm. No further explanation and the estimate fix just keeps resetting. It is absolutely unacceptable.

@virginmedia your DNS TTL (a web server change time to live) is probably the worst on earth. My new website works everywhere in the world other than on #virginmedia broadband. You absolutely suck, big time. Crock of shite.

@brooktop68 @virginmedia @bridgetmck We’ve turned the Superhub to Modem Mode and picked up separate WiFi routers. Resolved most of our issues immediately and we rarely get drop outs. Invest in a decent router or Mesh, you won’t regret it.

@virginmedia But why do we have to keep looking for information. Is there no way of updating the customer directly, it is appalling customer communication. What is the problem? Why just keep putting estimates? If it isn't going to be fixed for 48 hours tell us.

@virginmedia @52marathonman They are useless, had an installation due on Wednesday of this week, they emailed me Wednesday morning to say they couldn’t instal as they had been unable to gain access on Monday. Never did they mention needing access on Monday, and I was home all day and no one rang bell!!

@_MMaritima @virginmedia Ring 0345 454 1111 Lizzie. I had the same problem trying to actually speak to someone, when I tweeted about it Virgin gave me this number, and, admittedly after a bit of hassle, I finally got through to a very helpful lady who has booked us a technician visit for Monday.

@virginmedia Hi, no, I didn’t agree to the new deal. I’ve an 18 month contract till June. The price change happened start of this year and the support staff agreed that it was a mistake and said that they’ll apply the discount. I’ve been overcharged in Jan and Feb.

@virginmedia I have yes. But they just sent basic troubleshooting steps when the issue is with your routers. Doesn't matter if its the hub 3 or hub 4 the fact is WiFi performance doesn't hold up. Same with your competitors.
