Yet more problems @virginmedia had 3 weeks of good service before going tits up again. Oh and I got a full bill when I was due compensation for and I had to ring up and rectify. You really are a crappy company

Received my @virginmedia bill which should have been amended and credited with compensation for my lack of service in August, to find I’ve been credited a measly £5!!! And that’s a month late! Absolute joke of a company and the worst customer service ever.

@leylatov @virginmedia Honestly this is pretty standard. As you are in the same area, you could even start out with this 'intermittent untraceable local fault' and have no service too! As far as I can tell, they are so big, they don't care about individual customers or holding onto their custom.

@virginmedia terrible, unproffesional service! Spoke to 3 different people nobody dealing with our request. Wifi delayed by 2 weeks, refused to be passed to manager TWICE & lied too then to be told we have no order! No sense of professionalism/customer service. Never use them!

@virginmedia Sent out an engineer a few weeks ago and he just changed the router. Made no difference. Last person I spoke to (in Manila I think) told me that the problem would be sorted once and for all in 24 hours. All rubbish. Just trying to get me off the phone. WiFi issues EVERY day now.

@virginmedia Sorry I'm not following. I'm not a Virgin customer. I'm just reporting a vandalised street cabinet owned by you that is a huge health and safety risk. @OpenreachHelp have a turnaround time of 4hrs to fix those, not sure why it's so difficult with Virgin

@virginmedia No it didn't it said the account was in credit by 50.25 I cancelled the contract a week after the cooling off period which had been extended due to an ongoing problem of your making so as there was 100 credited to the account when I took the contract out and it was only broadband

@pabutterworth @virginmedia @zeninternet Not supported, alas, fibre is no go and ignoring ADSL being slow as molasses I don't even have a phone line going to the house, and all the internal stuff was ripped out because it's not the 1980s anymore (insert jokey face here I can't add one 'cos tethered 3g is SLOW)
