No one seems to be able to give a reliable account of what the actual problem is and when it will be sorted. Just fobbed off constantly. You’ve probably been the most helpful so far.

Time to move on

Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating
