Great work @virginmedia internet down again. Laughable that on service update it says register loss of service as after 2 working days you may get compensation, i never got any despite loss of service for a week last August! Doesn’t feel me with hope it will be fixed today!

@drljnoble @virginmedia The specialty-for-pairing apps do somewhat better with ****** bandwidth, but the truth is there's no great fix for it. For years I worked with ****** bandwidth, but now I'm fibered up, and it's a world of difference.

@virginmedia does the modem in the old superhub 2 support 500Mbps speeds? I'm in modem only mode on my SH3 but wonder if the modem might be the reason for the 1-5% packetloss and terrible upload speeds I regularly see. Should I try out the SH2 and see if that is better?

@camelot_x @virginmedia I've spoken to one of the team who actually made the tablets directly now (vm still no help) and they confirmed it's a known issue, but the software team need to deal with it unfortunately not him, it seems SOMEONE is doing some tests, but not very helpful giving updates.
