Lost the will to argue anymore Will just change providers instead

However, I have just received a call from Virgin Media, or someone purporting to be you, telling me that I had poor broadband performance , and I needed to sit in front of my laptop to fix it. I soon hung up, getting the wrong vibes.

And it's been a genuine night and day difference. The random DNS dropouts and widespread issues are over.
