@virginmedia Yup, I’ve done that and run the test a few times. It all works when the WiFi is up, but when it’s down it can’t load the page anyway. Things connected with ethernet cables work fine, so the issue seems limited to the wireless network.

@virginmedia My issue is that we called & were told only 1 box can be sent at a time, further delaying the response to the problems being corrected plus we’d need to keep calling to request the next one & wait again until that is delivered. Would it not be best practice to ask an engineer…..

@virginmedia For all 3, live tv is pulling all kinds of errors from skipping programs to delays in restart from pausing. All boxes are extremely slow to respond even with the easiest of commands such as choosing Guide, this can take upwards of a few minutes.

@virginmedia Yeah on phone to cancellations just now. Been advised have to get an engineer out regardless cos they can’t cancel account without this happening! And then to call back after 5 days to cancel! This is honestly a nightmare!! Never had an issue before now.
