    I've been waiting 2+ hours for a response over WhatsApp from @virginmedia 3 hours since first trying to reach them with Broadband down. Can't work, starting to think they just don't employ any staff. Second time I've had negligent service from them. Looking elsewhere asap.

    @Ofcom @virginmedia Amazing thank you. I think I am getting somewhere with virgins Twitter team but there phone staff refused to escalate my complaint to a manager several times and then insisted on a call back which will apparently take 72 hours

    @virginmedia Intermittent broadband service for 24 hours, no contact or apology, and when I called your customer service rep said it wasn't on the status page because "it only affects 25% of customers." Your company should be up in front of Ofcom.

    Wanted to get a quote for switching to @virginmedia and to discuss plan options but the live chat doesn't work. Bang goes that idea, and after they only became available in my area this year too. BT or Sky it is it seems. Poor website and service.

    Yet again @virginmedia is down in my street in SE12, whilst their site and support people on Twitter claim there is no outage. Disgraceful after the recent regular local/national outages.
