  • INEya_veganfood

@virginmedia crisis with 50%+ increase in monthly costs for no reason. No increase in service, no additional benefits - nothing! Then an horrendous contact centre service.

  • scotthortop
Scott Hortop (@scotthortop) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@virginmedia Yes, everything seems to be working now. However, I have just received a call from Virgin Media, or someone purporting to be you, telling me that I had poor broadband performance , and I needed to sit in front of my laptop to fix it. I soon hung up, getting the wrong vibes.

  • sara_saehasti
Sara (@sara_saehasti) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia please can I have the UK customer services number as gathering inconsistent information from the general call centre and I am losing faith

  • brighton_gay
    Christian 🇬🇧 🇺🇸 🏳️‍🌈 🇺🇦 🖖🏼 (@brighton_gay) reported from Sompting, England

@FuriousCoops It’s a major BT Open Reach outage which many non-Virgin Media companies piggyback their connectivity through.

  • sara_saehasti
Sara (@sara_saehasti) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia Honestly I'd rather not as we have called so many times and get different call centres. Get cut off and can never speak to the otmriginal care team. Please can someone call us considering this is part of our compliant

  • garypleece
Gary Pleece (@garypleece) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@virginmedia Hi, the interruption is ongoing so I’m guessing we have faulty equipment? When I go onto the website it tells me to ‘reset’ which I do and it works for a while then goes wrong again. Can we sort a new router? Is that the issue?

  • mrgarrett100
Lee Garrett (@mrgarrett100) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia you guys are truly the worst... move the service to you with 6 weeks notice and you don't have it ready - suggesting we wait 16 days until you're ready with no service as we've cut the other provider?????

  • churchlard
Churchlard (@churchlard) reported from Sompting, England

@virginmedia @52marathonman Now have to wait until 19th July, absolute rubbish, apparently they had no contact details for me, yet had sent me 17 emails and a similar number of texts! Appalling service, so much for being new business!

  • KayleighBlaker
Kayleigh Blaker (@KayleighBlaker) reported from Worthing, England

When you call @virginmedia for assistance with installing your kit (box on the wall is faulty) and the advisor wishes she wasn’t there... I get you finish in 20 mins but doing GDPR and placing me on hold for ages isn’t on?! I pay for a service!

@virginmedia Did you read the message, I don't want to call or use whats app ad uve spent far too long doing this already. So I'll have to complain in writing then it seems. Shocking service yet again you do not read whta a customer is saying.

  • garypleece
Gary Pleece (@garypleece) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@virginmedia Official complaint I’m afraid. They said ‘I’ll book an engineer’ I said ‘that was booked for tomorrow but you cancelled it’ She gets aggressive and it’s hard to understand what she’s saying and says ‘do you want an engineer or not.’ Sorry but this is truly shocking service.

@virginmedia help please! How do we get your call centre to stop calling us every single day (since Feb, that’s not a joke) trying to get us to upgrade our TV & broadband package? We upgraded in Dec and are happy with our service but daily calls are really starting to grate!

@jammierooroo @steveomufc @SkyUK Virgin Media have down the same thing recently. Everyone’s under pressure to “hit a target”, to earn more money because the system is ******. We are failing fundamentally at all levels, and it’s ******* disgusting.
