    Great work @virginmedia internet down again. Laughable that on service update it says register loss of service as after 2 working days you may get compensation, i never got any despite loss of service for a week last August! Doesn’t feel me with hope it will be fixed today!

    @virginmedia It is working now but I was told it had been made so that bt sport channels weren’t available on tv apps. Was it a technical issue or is it likely to happen again and some channels/programmes be unavailable?

    @StoneGringo @virginmedia @bt_uk Yeah, absolutely not a rights issue. Judging by other tweets and the community forum it looks like they've actually done something to fix this now, which is great. I'd just love to see some acknowledgement of this.

    Well, just tried to get my @virginmedia broadband sorted. I've been a customer for 15 yrs without an up-grade. They won't give me a booster - had to stick a pin in the hub instead... Thinking of trying BT.

    @virginmedia Don’t bother they end up taking twice as much as you agreed. They’ve taken £635 off me in 3 months. The wifi drops out twice a day regularly. They have an absolute shambles of a customer service I’m cancelling my subscription @virginmedia
