@virginmedia Honestly I'd rather not as we have called so many times and get different call centres. Get cut off and can never speak to the otmriginal care team. Please can someone call us considering this is part of our compliant

  • melon_h
Helen Rimmer 💙 🔶️ (@melon_h) reported from Burgess Hill, England

@virginmedia This is still appalling customer service. I have to register (I did this when things were down in Dec for almost 72 hours), I have to alert etc you are the service provider. How is it good CS that we assume you are lying in estimates? No compensation for Dec either.

  • richardscovell
🏳️‍🌈 #SociallyDistancingRick 🏳️‍🌈 (@richardscovell) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

1/4 Customer scam alert: When moving and contacting @virginmedia to transfer your services to your new property, if they cannot provide services there they will apply an early disconnection charge which they will state is in accordance with their Legal Stuff, do not accept this.

  • scotthortop
Scott Hortop (@scotthortop) reported from Brighton and Hove, England

@virginmedia Yes, everything seems to be working now. However, I have just received a call from Virgin Media, or someone purporting to be you, telling me that I had poor broadband performance , and I needed to sit in front of my laptop to fix it. I soon hung up, getting the wrong vibes.

@virginmedia Can you please advise when I can watch Paramount + through VM? I ring and liaise with your advisors through “Chat” and get told it’s on channel 150. Well it isn’t. No where can I find this channel. No one can offer me any help as to where this channel is located.

  • sara_saehasti
Sara (@sara_saehasti) reported from Worthing, England

@virginmedia With all due respect I can't face another encounter via the phone or WhatsApp, far too time consuming. Could you provide me with an actual complaints email address as the online submission doesn't work

  • Luciddestiny
Warren Ryan Philips (@Luciddestiny) reported from Shoreham-by-Sea, England

@brooktop68 @virginmedia @bridgetmck We’ve turned the Superhub to Modem Mode and picked up separate WiFi routers. Resolved most of our issues immediately and we rarely get drop outs. Invest in a decent router or Mesh, you won’t regret it.

  • IrishBlackOps19
    Pro-Irish🇮🇪🍀🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@IrishBlackOps19) reported

@virginmedia The worse broadband company ever. I’ve been a customer for nearly 10 years and just lately the broadband is shocking. It looks like I’ll be going to a new company and never coming back to virgin.

  • john1mccarthy
    John M (@john1mccarthy) reported

@virginmedia surprise surprise, I had no phone call back today when I was promised one by Jenny (if that was even her real name) this is the second time this has happened and your telling me that I'm being dealt with by your senior customer care team! What a joke

  • simmo1024
    Stanley Percival Simmonds (@simmo1024) reported

In addition, ISP have controls that block content. Virgin Media for example have a fairly fine-tunable system. If you go into any school of college, their internet is filtered. The technology exists to enable the bill payer to control internet access. But of course this is not, and never has been about protecting children, it is about digital ID.

  • PeteBradders
    Pete Bradbury (@PeteBradders) reported

@virginmedia @DisneyPlusUK I have been a customer of yours for 25 years and upon the most recent contract renewal, you denied the package I opted for because it was for 'new customers only' and then went on to charge me with a bill for £124! A colossal 34% increase! Loyalty means nothing!
