Siobhan Fitzgerald-Gibson (@esjexe) reported from Hove, England@virginmedia Intermittent broadband service for 24 hours, no contact or apology, and when I called your customer service rep said it wasn't on the status page because "it only affects 25% of customers." Your company should be up in front of Ofcom.
-
Danny Williamson (@Sacto_King_UK) reported from Worthing, England@virginmedia But I’ve been in touch with the phone teams, they can’t or don’t do anything’s. At all. The Social Team were in contact via email, but finish their shift, and don’t tell me. Then don’t get back in contact, or pass me on to a colleague. It’s terrible customer service
