Received my @virginmedia bill which should have been amended and credited with compensation for my lack of service in August, to find I’ve been credited a measly £5!!! And that’s a month late! Absolute joke of a company and the worst customer service ever.

@virginmedia terrible, unproffesional service! Spoke to 3 different people nobody dealing with our request. Wifi delayed by 2 weeks, refused to be passed to manager TWICE & lied too then to be told we have no order! No sense of professionalism/customer service. Never use them!

@virginmedia I’ve raised 2 complaints and had £5 as a goodwill gesture which is quite frankly insulting. The ofcom regulations states £8 per day for every working day after 48 hours of no service. By my calculations I should of had £24 off my bill. Fri to tues is 48 working hrs then tues-fri

@virginmedia It’s day six without service. I have been speaking to your call centres who simply tell me what they see on their screens. These are the same messages that I’m getting via text. When I call 150 each day I get the same message saying normal service should resume by 4pm.

@virginmedia It might be worth putting out a tweet to tell everyone that scammers are currently trying and that you will never DM, because I totally fell for it before they asked the card deets, and I'm internet savvy. Someone else will get screwed because of that.

@virginmedia The £5 was given as a result of my complaint. I don’t know why you kept harping on about intermittent service. I had NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER FOR 1 WHOLE WEEK!! Nothing, not a bean, no tv, no internet, so please stop saying intermittent service!!

@virginmedia please train your agents to a high standard. I'm sorry to say this. But some of your agents are absolutely awful 😒. Their tone of voice, speaking quietly, cutting me off. Rude etc. The list of issues is endless. I've raised a complaint for the 4th time.

@virginmedia There are no issues in the area. I'm sick of this happening. I need reliable internet. I keep having to use my phone data because the broadband constantly goes down. Why would this happen?
-
Chapperz 🌱

@virginmedia Seems to have been good since, but on a separate issue I've noticed that during installation one of the bricks was blown where they drilled into the house. I'm just worried that if this hasn't been sealed correctly, it could start letting water into the property.

@virginmedia I used the link. Are faults in the area virgin specific? Or is it the same for everyone? I wonder if this would carry on happening even if I changed provider due to some technical issue somewhere.

Just in case @virginmedia wonder why I'm leaving after 11 years - red is pack loss - despite 7 calls trying to rectify a completely unstable connection. Loyalty rewarded? No way jose, always better off as a new customer so already negotiated a better deal with Sky.
