@Jake_BHughes @virginmedia apparently we have a blockage where they need to connect us, which is what we would need fixing by thursday. being that unreliable we decided to cancel everything with them fully. a shame because what they offered was great. customer service department is not easy to get round 😭

@Jake_BHughes @virginmedia we had similar issue. they came when we were on holiday, no communication. we rang, were told they were coming yesterday to connect us, they didn’t arrive. told they’re coming today, didn’t arrive. spent 2 hours on the phone cancelling and was hung up on 3 times.

Terrible service by @virginmedia - trying to cancel my mobile contract & get a PAC to transfer my number. I’ve been waiting over a week & today when I got through to someone, after on hold 26mins, got cut off - but they didn’t ring me back! Wonder why I want to leave them?!?! 😡

@virginmedia our box has been next to useless for 10 days now - won’t connect, when it does its slow, work from home a nightmare and tonight we can’t watch tv. Keep opening chats on web and WhatsApp - no one gets back to me. No issue with postcode we’ve reset the hub but nothing.

jesus christ talking to virgin media on the phone is ridiculous we rang to cancel, got hung up on 3 times, after 2 hours finally cancelled and after cancelling they’re trying to get us to sign up for phone contracts and sim cards! like we would want that after we just cancelled

@pianobook1 @venustheory Took me 3-4 days to download all of the Decent Sampler packs on the slowest broadband possible from Virgin Media. Basic package. Only packs over 1GB failed network and restarted downloads. Meg are fine to download. Long haul nearly done with it.

@virginmedia But Why do you make it so difficult to report a fault that is workmen related? You call centre agent insisted that I be home for an appointment tomorrow , otherwise will add £25 onto my next bill. The problem isn’t inside my home, it’s outside my boundary under the pathway.

@virginmedia Made a complaint on 14th jan and asked for call to be listened to, told it would take 2 weeks. Call back 2 weeks later to be told the complaint was cancelled in a technical error and manager would call me back within 3-5 hours
