@virginmedia It’s supposed to be a 100Mbps service but it’s rarely at that speed. No WiFi in the kitchen (5meters away) and in the bedrooms upstairs. It’s th worst WiFi I’ve had in years. Kids can’t use PS4 in the room directly next to the one with the router in it.

@virginmedia I have called this number twice but am still awaiting a further call back. It is shocking that a company can charge such high fees especially as I was told when taking the contract moving house would not cause any issues. If you would wish to call me directly please dm me.

@itvMLshow how do I go about getting a refund for a misold contract from @virginmedia I told them I was moving house during contract but they said the area would be covered which its not & have now been charged a cancellation fee of £177. Customer service has been dreadful.

@virginmedia crawling to a halt again. Yesterday evening very slow - 1.5Mb download. Now so low that can’t login to any online services or run Speedtest - latency too low. Virgin Media app says “good service”, but the Help Desk admits it is not going to be fixed until 29th Mar!!!

@jordanjaylam @virginmedia @richardbranson I am experiencing the same problem Jordan. Pay £3 a month extra for boosters that don’t work, as well as WiFi that doesn’t connect to all the rooms, liberty! Hope your problem gets resolved soon.

@virginmedia @CarersUK Dreadful customer service. I ordered a V6, due to arrive last Tuesday. Waited in, didn't arrive. No explanation. Just spent 80 mins with a bot then eventually a real person on your live chat to rearrange. 🤞It's coming this time. Dreadful service.

@virginmedia I am appalled by the quality of service from virgin media customer service and their managers. I have two virgin media accounts for over 6 years want to cancel both, is good till there’s problem. Virgin media would do any thing to stall. Even their executive team.
