@virginmedia I've spoken to people on numerous occasions when I've had problems with my service and when my direct debits change on a monthly basis. I've had enough of apologies with no action and no resolution.. paying £80 for a service I can get better and cheaper elsewhere is a no brainer.

@virginmedia Well it's November, my install was due in August. There is a big hole at the side of my house. The fence panels you put round it have blown all over the place. Come and fix the hole, make good my garden, & let's move on. I give up, will stick with #sky #Disgraceful

@dancludlow 4 bloody fraudulent calls today, 2 claiming to be BT "internet has been compromised " 1 BT loyal customer 35% off something or other. (I'm virgin media) and finally £30 gift from some marketing....I put phone down.

@virginmedia This is not an accurate reflection of the outage. It isn't intermittent, and I'd imagine it's affecting most if not all customers considering the Virgin site itself is down too. Please be more transparent so we can set our expectations accordingly.
