    @virginmedia Hi, done all that, effects wifi, have ordered wifi pods but out of stock. Not sure why speed so slow, I'm supposed to be getting a boost according to your helpline colleague last week

    @virginmedia Yes, need a pod, also have t.v and home phone, TV service has lots of you tube, Netflix, sky movie drop outs

    @virginmedia No, basically I upgraded my BB a few months ago and the service actually has got worse. I now struggle to maintain a signal in upstairs rooms and Netflix etc constant drop outs

    @virginmedia why is it impossible to get to speak to an actual human being? We've been trying to get through to cancel our landline for months and get nowhere. Led round in circles until eventually the call cuts off. Can anyone help?

    @virginmedia I've been trying to resolve a BB speed, patchy t.v. services issue for several weeks and am getting passed from dept to dept, unfortunately customer service isn't great tbh

    @virginmedia I have sent text messages to the number you provided on here, and I last spoke to several customer representatives on 26th January, then asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold for 50 minutes, then you cut me off/the line went dead. So, nothing has been resolved.

    @virginmedia I thought my issue was resolved yesterday, but today I’ve had an email saying something different. I text the number again, at 11.28am, the bot replied but nothing since then?!

    @virginmedia I haven't confirmed there isn't a problem I telling you I have issues with the Internet reaching my bedrooms so no need to patronise me. Your service cannot provide me to cover a basic house with broadband which it should and not worth the cost and I will chose another company

    @virginmedia Wired connected = 65 download 22 upload this morning at 11am NOW ITS ALL DOWN AGAIN #shitshow. Two technicians have been here and I’ve been waiting 4 days for a supervisor “within 24 hours” call back. Paying for 500GB speed. You guys are THE WORST

    @virginmedia I was told it was a fixed price as I paid double what my neighbours paid, I was being charged £40 a month,then my next door neighbour told me he's with Virgin,get the same service as me, & is only charged £22. I'm sure there are Virgin Customers getting the same broadband cheaper

    @virginmedia That makes zero sense when at 18 months, they're no longer a new customer and so we should get the same price as them at said 18 months! Screw existing consumers, right?

    @virginmedia Not a problem my nan has a contract with you and her phone line has been out of service since Friday aside from some small periods it was working. She has careline in case she falls which is hooked up to the phone line as the phone is out she can't contact someone if she falls

    @virginmedia So can you provide me with an email address? , as your service is not worth it, there are plenty of other companies about that can answer a phone and have an email contact.
