    @virginmedia ordered new services on Saturday. Result - no updated service, new bill reflects old price and service. Tried to call customer service - too busy to take calls. And to cap it all Internet repeatedly down despite new Hub. Fuming.

    @virginmedia AWFUL AWFUL SERVICE. BEWARE. Has to hold for 30 minutes, wrong department answered. They put we through to correct department which was wrong department again. After 10 more minutes I was put through to ‘correct department’ only to get a@message saying call tomorrow

    A lesson in terrible customer service from @virginmedia: 1) Tell customer their new home is Virgin Media ready 2) Send the wrong wiring to new address 3) Don't send a technician over for 2 days 4) Promise the technician will be there between 8am-2pm 5) Technician arrives at 5pm

    @bt_uk repeated calls from allegedly BT Open Reach saying slow internet speeds/internet compromised. I'm with @virginmedia and when questioned they just hung up 01234222910 number. It's a scam to take control of your computer and get your personal data.

    9) Offer nothing in the way of a discount or compensation. Fill the call with long awkward silences until customer hangs up 10) Wait for customer to change to @BT & for it all to blow over. At this point, I'm hoping @richardbranson will be personally installing our @virginmedia.

    6) Technician says nothing he can do & that, despite Virgin promising it was, tell customer their house is not in fact Virgin Media ready. 7) Wait for disgruntled customer to ring them. 8) Tell customer earliest they can get another technician out is 2.5 weeks.

    @virginmedia Separate issues. Complaint is over my mobile which hasn't been understood. The hour long unanswered wait was for broadband and TV. But your unhelpful attitude isn't making me want to stay.

    @virginmedia offer terrible customer service. My additional payment of homework offered priority call out! However, the call out I was given was 6 day wait and not a priority slot. They promised to bring it a day earlier but have not! Disgusting

    @virginmedia I made a complaint via your web form because this is the way I wanted to complain. I got a response telling me to call up. If I wanted to call up and be in a queue for hours I would. Terrible lazy service. Who can I escalate this to?

    @VirginMediaIE @UtilityregCRU "In relation to the internet issues, these were identified as Wi-Fi issues& unfortunately Wi-Fi is not a guaranteed service& Virgin Media have stated they have troubleshooter to the extent that can regarding Wi-Fi as apart of this case."

    @dickndom Not Virgin Media! We changed to just BT broadband and Amazon fire stick for tv plus god old DVD player for our fav DVD’s! Saved so much money and so far no issues with Wifi or broadband and speed does multiple devices around the home plus when hubby works at home too.
