    @virginmedia @NadsShad 1) you didn't notify customers that there were intermittent problems 2) your customer service line operative was very unconcerned about it when we called 3) we are home workers and need dependable services 4) yours are not dependable and nobody who works for you seems to care!

    When you’re on the phone to @virginmedia for 10 minutes before someone answers, then because you’re leaving they stick you on hold for another half hour (and counting) so they don’t have to deal with it. #complaint #fedup #ihavethingstodo

    @leylatov @virginmedia Honestly this is pretty standard. As you are in the same area, you could even start out with this 'intermittent untraceable local fault' and have no service too! As far as I can tell, they are so big, they don't care about individual customers or holding onto their custom.

    @leylatov @NadsShad @virginmedia The service really is very poor. I would definitely think twice if I were you. It's like it doesn't matter that we can't work etc Nobody calls you back and there us never a swift resolution. I'm so fed up today I could cry!

    @kellysharman19 @virginmedia If it’s not sorted today, I’m out. They can stuff their contract and any fees they’d expect me to pay!! It’s just a shame that @SkyUK are quite expensive for the stuff we want and I find they never look after existing customers

    @virginmedia Done all of this, nothing works, the check my status is useless as it says there’s no broadband issues but when I ring up I’m told there is.

    @virginmedia It’s broadband and tv. All I can do is watch recorded shows. Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

    @virginmedia Unfortunately the first member of staff disconnected our call then the second member was fairly rude so I think it’s time for me to move on and get better service and something I can afford, I’ve been trying for the past year to get a better deal but never got more than this.

    @virginmedia A few hours I understand but 4 days and counting is not on. No one seems to be able to give a reliable account of what the actual problem is and when it will be sorted. Just fobbed off constantly. You’ve probably been the most helpful so far.

    @GeorgiaCorke @virginmedia Exactly why we left @SkyUK Shane as their service is really good. Virgin is cheaper and good packages but the service can be so up and down. They won’t send an engineer because it’s a fault in area not my equipment but a week to fix is an absolute travesty of a service!

    @virginmedia It’s an ongoing issue, we’re 5 days in of no service. Just a joke now 😂. @SkyUK all you had to do was keep prices reasonable and not lose loads of football to bt and we’d be right back with you!!

    @virginmedia I’m loosing connection and having issues ie dns issues....I have restarted all of my equipment. Isn’t there preventative actions you can do to stop ddos issues to other customers

    @virginmedia No I was told to raise my complaint and wait for a response. Initially I was told 48 days or something then someone else told me 28 days and then another agent said I’d have a call back within a few hours. It’s mostly covered in this thread if you haven’t read it.

    @virginmedia can you confirm when broadband in the SE9 area will be working without any interruptions, all day it has been unusable. When your service works it’s great but if there is a fault then you are 💩💩at letting your customers know what is going on 😡🤬

    @virginmedia The issue is the randomness on your pricing, I cannot understand how some mates pay less (~£10) than me and have double speed. Seems that threatening to leave gives you a discount. Must be my fault for not going that way You are really far off from openreach FTTP prices vs speed.
