    Virginmedia are an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Been trying to get hold of them all day, but all they do is use the excuse that Covid 19 is causing staffing problems. They have just doubled My Dad's bill, without any explanation and it's causing a great deal of stress. 😞

    @virginmedia I’m having issues with my router. I’ve turned off and on, reset it and checked it via your website. Although it says it’s all ok it’s most certainly Isn’t. I can’t keep a Teams or Zoom call and other household members having same problem. Can I have a router upgrade

    @virginmedia my iPhone is telling me home hub 3 wifi settings are not secure. IOS14 tells me to change to WPA3, it’s not in the settings. HELP!!

    @virginmedia Thank You. I feel so much better, knowing that His phone is now working. Hopefully He now stays with VM, instead of changing to BT, which He is thinking of doing because of the massive problems We have had this month, each time We try contacting you.

    @TomMockridgeVM, Been a @virginmedia customer for 7 years — now on the M500 package and paying a hefty fee per month for broadband, phone and TV. Have had shocking upload speeds today (0.5mbps instead of 38mbps). Status page says fine — run test says not. Thread 1/3

    @virginmedia broadband down AGAIN. WIFI signal has been dropping out for the last few days and every day between 3 and 7 o’clock. Restarted, reset and checked all wires. What next?

    @virginmedia Please could someone contact Me, regards My 91 year old Dad whose phone line is constantly on a busy tone when calling in, and No dial tone when trying to call out. I've sent countless emails and phone calls. Causing lot's of Stress in Family. Please Help.

    @virginmedia what an absolute joke of a Company. Worst service of any company I've ever had to deal with, and believe Me I've dealt with some **** ones in My life. My 91 year old Dad has no landline at the moment, and no way of contacting anyone at Virgin. Disgraceful Company.

    @virginmedia it’s also impossible to speak to an actual person? I know the issue. I know I am offline as it is “updating” AGAIN. I want to know if this means I have a broken box as it happens all the time.

    @virginmedia OK — you need to do better at this — I shouldn’t be wasting my time telling you there is a problem — you should know this before I do and tell me without going through tests — it’s clearly affecting multiple users

    @DavidPalman @virginmedia Constantly had issues in Salisbury. Made working from home impossible. Been with Talk Talk for 5 months, hasn't dropped out once yet :) And cheaper!

    @virginmedia I have been trying your agents to fix my user name and password for almost 7 weeks!!! I’ve spent hours on the call and I’ve been made numerous promises but none of them kept. Still today agent telling me I should wait 2-3 weeks to fix this. This is beyond the pale!!!

    @virginmedia No. But got an email to say I had regardless. The call got cut off but didn't receive a call back. All very disappointing considering I've used your service for the last approx. 20 years.

    @virginmedia On demand hasn't worked properly for weeks. I pay every month and don't have the time to call each time it goes down. Basically told its not a big deal as its not a full service outage. I can get @skytv for £40 a month less.

    Been on hold for 15 minutes with @vmbusiness trying to get my number moved to my new @virginmedia service.. I'm losing it with this music which is way too loud for phone lines to handle so it's very disrupted.

    @virginmedia Have been talking to all sorts of people without any answers. I get the same answer that we will get back to you within 48 hours. Days and months have passed. No answer. So no point in calling the sales team. Waste of time. VERY POOR SERVICE.

    @virginmedia Problem is the deals for existing customers are worse than for new customers. Which means it doesn’t pay to be loyal. I’m on my 30 day cooling off period and I’m looking at going with communityfibre. I’ll probably look at getting my dad to cancel his move to Virgin Media too.
