    @BileysMullet @virginmedia We've had problems with utility warehouse and their solution always seems to be to pay to upgrade. Cant remember who we were with before that but we never had problems.

    @virginmedia I have twice called to discuss the price of my package & twice, after eventually speaking to someone, they attempt to transfer me to customer services but cut me off. I've been with Virgin for over a decade but I'm being penalised for my loyalty. Please help

    @antonpiatek @sxaTech @virginmedia @github Ditto. I use vm but switched dns ages back. I was using quad9 but had a few issues (reported) Andy some I didn’t report and went to google (all the data) . May return to q9 when I can verify

    @LewisClayy @virginmedia She then put me through to customer services who she said will be able to process the order. 1/2 hour later they answered to be told that technical will need process the order and will have to put me through. I have to say @virginmedia I’m sick of BTS and Carly Rae Jepson now

    @virginmedia @vinceverrier Yes they can do a deal for you. Option 1 is pay loads and get a rubbish service. Option 2 is pay less and get a rubbish service. Difficult choice I know.

    @virginmedia rescanned wifi for study as wifi service is bad there. Recommended a booster but says I can't order it online. I ring 03454641111 and there is no option for this or any option to speak to someone. Please help as this is where I work from. Thanks TG

    Thanks to @virginmedia they install new broadband which worked for about 5 minutes. Now nothing. Follow all instructions to fix. Waited 5 hours this morning for the privilege and now 1 hour on phone still on hold Should have paid attention to the terrible reviews #wastedmyday 🤬

    @virginmedia tv service was down on Friday & again today, so I assume the issue was not correctly fixed on Friday. Feeling rather frustrated. Hope this is not going to be an on going issue.

    @virginmedia I performed a pinhole reset at the weekend to try to resolve another issue I was having (reconnecting the WiFi booster). Yes the connection problem happens across all connected devices. it is happenin less frequently now that the booster has been unplugged. But it still persists

    @virginmedia Hi, I've had broadband connection problems on and off for 5 days now. Service status says known issue on TV on demand (error code C133) but says Broadband ok. Clearly not the case. How long until this is fixed please? Trying to work from home here! 😬
