@virginmedia ok I give up your site says no fault, the fault checker isn’t working and your telephone line says I have a protracted fault with no eta to fix. It’s only about a month since it was last broken I’ve been with you for about 20 years

@virginmedia I used the automatic system for Virgin to send a signal to sort out my problems - nothing has been done, now I'm on hold to speak to a human being 16 minutes and counting. This is unforgivable 2 weeks of : Slow Wifi, no apps working and can't even speak to someone.@BBCWatchdog

@virginmedia Look, I've done everything you told me to do: sending messages to the text no. you gave me - no response in a week - calling an automatic no that said it would send a signal to my equipment 'BECAUSE SOMETHING IS WRONG' - nothing happened......calling and not being answered ....

@virginmedia Postcode is W4. When not logged in service status says everything is fine, but when logged in it says there are issues. When I ring up there is an automated issue saying there are issues. Need to know when it will be fixed.
