@virginmedia I spoke to the team, they will arrange a repayment, my issue is that when you want the money, even if it's on the wrong day, you get it instantly, when I demand a refund it's 4-5 business days and that means I incur charges due to your mistake

@Fifakill_ @virginmedia It's not a nationwide issue, I have Gigabit from VM and never have this. Presumably you use your own router/APs and put their "hub" in modem mode? (everyone should do this regardless of ISP)
