    @virginmedia I had already look at this page previously. And when we have issues there is no indication on what it could be, I. E the *********** light is in as if its connected

    @virginmedia I will try again by unplugging the router etc. However other people living near me are also experiencing problems. It is not just me.

    @virginmedia Sorry, I have done as above. It is still agonisingly slow. Cannot access emails properly. Cannot send attachments. It is the broadband that is the problem. TV is fine.

    @virginmedia Why should I pay a cancellation fee when you never provided the service you claimed to provide. The cancellation fee should be void seeing as though you failed to provide the service stipulated in the contract. You will not bully me into paying any cancellation fee, I refuse.
