@virginmedia Nope. No one has contacted me again, which is pretty much what I expected. If you want to come and do the outside work and fit the cables you’re more than welcome to. But my Sky broadband is being installed Wednesday so and I’ve tried to cancel my contract 3 times now so I’m done

@virginmedia I checked to see on that website and it said broadband is fine but it’s clearly not and then when I clicked test your hub it said we can’t do that at the moment. I don’t like the fact that we’re paying for a service that virgin media can’t give.
