    @VirginMedia_One terrible service from virgin media. Three days trying to get a resolution to a poor WiFi service, gave them a call instead. 1hr 50mins waiting time to be told they wanted to increase my monthly bill by £3 per month to resolve their poor service! #awfulservice

    @virginmedia 2/2 much distress and cost me too much money tethering data from my mobile. My kids can’t watch tv and I am trying to work from home with tethered data. You’re customer service have no idea what’s going on and can give me no update. It’s a disgrace

    @virginmedia hey. My Internet has been intermittent since Tuesday! We booked for an engineer to come and fix it but you text and cancelled them saying it was an area problem. Its now Thursday and I need it for work and it won't let me book an engineer online for some reason

    @virginmedia I’ve not filed a complaint yet but at least I have a ref number for the missing payment. If you think it will help resolve this more quickly, I can DM with details, but I have already spent an ridomate amount of time giving this by email and phone over some months.
