@virginmedia why was I not informed of changes to my package. I’ve got the full house package which included kids tv. Name changed to maxit and now no kids Tv. Thank god we have amazon and Netflix which has kids stuff on. Don’t watch either on Virgin as it’s so slow.

We stopped paying @virginmedia the£90 for what in fairness was complete crap and have bought a Manhattan @FreeviewTV box and couldn’t be happier. We would never go back to virgin or sky for their overpriced TV service

@drummerwhitey @northernsky67 @virginmedia Steve it was a last resort for me but other avenues were fruitless, I ended up getting a visit from an engineer , a booster and a reduction in my tariff after I told them I’d leave , normal customer service is dreadful, keep on pushing them

@schuler_lutz Countless posts on Virgin media forum stating the have never received the return kit but was threatened to be charged for not doing so. I even asked to print out the return label by email and pay for the postage just to get this done faster. However got rejected.

@jbubz3 @virginmedia Yeah I usually have a good experience with VM. However, I believe I resolved the issue by resetting my router - I'd recommend you try it if you haven't already although I can't 100% confirm it was the problems solution

@virginmedia I’ve tried all sorts they don’t respond . When I reported one of my boxes not working properly in December I was told nobody would come to fix it as I was leaving in the new year , but you stil took the money for it . Awful customer service I’m with other suppliers now
