@Ofcom how the hell can @virginmedia seriously refuse to allow customers to raise a complaint??? This is bloody awful!!!!!!! Two calls and both calls refuse to allow me to raise a formal complaint!!! Both call takers clearly in a different country and have issues understanding

Ok so vigin tv is down and with error code they say ring 150, fine ring 150 as they cant tell us on line the problem but they then say ' right now we are busy, you might like to call us later......goodbye! Thanks a bunch @virginmedia, customer service not good at all

@virginmedia please sort your service out... I have now been on the phone to you for almost an hour. The first person hung up on me, the second was rude and useless. All for £0.01 which I don't owe. No wonder the landlords are removing virgin from all of the apartments

So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

@reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It's awful! I'm sick of calling customer services and getting through to someone who cannot understand basic English language and goes on talking about something else. Then try to speak to three different advisers to raise a simple issue/complaint and they refuse!

@reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It is awful! Virgin are very expensive compared to many other TV providers yet the customer service is very poor and does NOT suite the price. I'm sick of arguing with them to get the simplest of issues resolved

@virginmedia Yes I did and Tuesdays fault was shown and yesterday's wasn't so how about you provide the service I pay for. If this continues I will begin getting quotes from other service providers as I am fed up of dealing with bots and spammers claiming to be from you.

Spent the am happily reading/making notes on Freud's essay 'The Uncanny'. Then I had to call VirginMedia about my landline. After nearly 30mins on the phone to them, I'm just capable of staring at a wall & tweeting feebly. I hope those braincells regenerate soon or I'm in trouble

Hi @virginmedia I got internet in November & was meant to get a £160 Amazon voucher - this was confirmed on the phone. It never arrived. When I ask you about it you say ask Amazon. Amazon say Virgin need to sort it out. I only signed up with you for the voucher so want to leave.
