Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

@virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

@zanti @VodafoneUK Yes, but compared with the likes of other networks, my tablet has a @virginmedia SIM in it and that consistently gets between 70-100Mbps.. And they don't even run their own mobile network!

@virginmedia Well it didn't fix the problem, the hub still doesn't work properly, which is why I had to put it in modem mode in the first place. Although I'll confess, the Netgear's WiFi speed is brilliant compared to what your Hub 3 can kick out.

@virginmedia Thank you. It's 4g and mobile signal only. Other EE and virgin customers in the b80 area have also reported issues. Have been trying to raise this for a week or so but it's tricky to call in a problem with no phone!

@virginmedia Thanks. Called 150 and someone offered a better price than the one I'm on at the minute within 30 seconds. Hours after I had started an online chat, where no one would help me, you dismissed me on here and after I'd already agreed to join Vodafone. Maybe better training for all?
