    @virginmedia I have tried that text service for the last two days. ‘Terri BOT’ is no use. I need to speak to a real person . All that needs doing is the issue of a new bill without the £35 activation fee. This is becoming the worst decision I’ve ever made in relation to switching broadband

    @virginmedia I finally got through to a real person via text today and booked a landline appointment, although It’s not the anytime plan that I wanted . Never had so much trouble switching provider. Almost not worth it.

    @virginmedia just installed virgin broadband 350 today ! only getting 5 mbps in my study.. phoned customers services for a booster to be told none in stock and phone back in 2 weeks.. took me over an hour to speak to a person in India who couldn’t help

    @virginmedia I had Virgin broadband installed yesterday but need a landline . Unable to get through to customer services. Should have been set up with the broadband . Engineer said I was miss sold the standalone package . Now I’m without a phone.

    Any existing customers wanting to upgrade to the new #Virgin360 box, don't use the online form, it doesn't work. You'll get a confirmation email followed by an email requesting you call them. Their customer service is very busy, but it's excellent on 0345 454 1111. #virginmedia

    @virginmedia I spoke to an advisor called Gillian from Sheffield and she escalated my numerous complaints on Saturday. Promised a manager call crack but I got nothing . It’s getting to the stage that the best course of action would be to cancel the lot but that won’t get my landline back

    @virginmedia Of course I did. It said no known network issues. But there clearly is otherwise why would Glasgow and Edinburgh not be coming up as per usual? It took my speed from the expect 200mb down to under 10mb. Glasgow seems to be back up now thankfully. See how long that lasts eh?

    @virginmedia We received a Voom WIFI on the 9th of December, but has only worked spasmodically and the full install was meant to happen on the 19th of December. That has now been put back to the 19th of Jan. So we have no WiFi and to make it worse, nobody in your company gives a damn! 1/2

    @virginmedia So by my estimate of 3 hours a day v 7 days you are able to waste 21 hours of my time of your current support(use this word loosely) methods but as a media company you can’t arrange a call?

    @virginmedia I guess it is from the DSL thing, the speed should be near 30Mbps but as far as I know it's a problem with the DSL and the telephone.
