    @virginmedia not gonna lie. Second night in a row that the router keeps rebooting and the internet keeps cutting out. I can live with that......tomorrow when I have a new cohort of learners to enrol if it’s not working, that’s gonna cause me a huge amount of stress

    @virginmedia No broadband (green light flashing) Website sending me in circles, run tests, says to call you but closed, then website says to sign in (which I already am) so I do & it sends back round to beginning. I’ve rebooted, checked wires &just want to report fault, plse help

    @virginmedia Yes I have contacted Virginmedia a couple of times. It looks like there is a problem in Nottingham NG16 area again. This is a common issue. Disconnections and lack of a quality service.

    @virginmedia terrible customer service, my box is overheating, has done for around 2 days, we have to switch the box of for 5-6 hours then it comes back on, according to customer services nothing can be done until it happens again, then they will look at it. What a shambles

    @virginmedia I bought a Business line to get fast reliable internet with static IPs. I work from home and the past 2 weeks have had the internet go down 3 times. Phone line quality is poor combined with English not the agents first language. Not business level support.

    @virginmedia Already done that, engineer meant to be coming out Friday. But I don’t understand how you can’t tell me why it’s doing this? It’s all be plugged in and started working for 10 mins? So it’s obvious it’s an issue with you guys on your end. Lot of reports about virgin media recently

    @virginmedia I had closed my account back in June because I had no service for 8months, I was told several times that the refund was actually processed but almost 3 months later and no refund in sight, so according to your agent since the account is closed and she doesn’t handle refunds

    @virginmedia your service status checker on website seems to not work. it reports no issues when entering the post code, yet when calling to report a problem, the automated message says there is a problem with the same postcode.

    @virginmedia Thank you. The first person (last Thursday) told me it would be working in 2-3 hours. The second person (on Saturday) said I would get a call on Sunday, which I did not. And the last person (yesterday) said there was an outage in the area - but this is not shown on service status
