    Right @virginmedia is truly the worst internet - So I am looking to change providers as soon as possible - Not worried about TV packages etc as We are good with free view - can anybody recommend a ISP with a good monthly rate and none of the hidden fees etc?

    When @virginmedia wifi is working it’s bloody amazing, when you need to raise an issue with them it’s the most frustrating experience ever. Today I have had 2 people hang up mid call, 3 bots, 2 people on chat and still in the same place. No ******* wifi!!!!

    @virginmedia constantly getting a CS2200 code when playing back prerecorded shows on my additional box. All was fine until recent "upgrade". Can't get through on your phone lines and get sent to Text help and Text help never comes through. Can you please assist.
