    I’ve had to write this as I think the virgin media wireless hub is rubbish, since lockdown I’ve had to reset my router several times a day as we keep losing signal, to the point I’ve gone out and bought my own router and I’m now using modem mode, please fix your rubbish routers!!

    Ongoing complaint with @virginmedia told to reply within 14 days of emails and no one replies multiple times. This complaint remains unsolved since August, passed to directors office and still not spoken to one person… disgraceful
