    I’ve had to write this as I think the virgin media wireless hub is rubbish, since lockdown I’ve had to reset my router several times a day as we keep losing signal, to the point I’ve gone out and bought my own router and I’m now using modem mode, please fix your rubbish routers!!

    @virginmedia No it’s not an end of contract discount being removed, worrying if it was since the increase is just £4., it’s for investing in service improvement. The point I was making, which seems to have been missed, is the current service keeps failing & def not close to 99% reliable

    @virginmedia Obviously not, I did not call 21 times for fun. As I said, some have told me it is an outstanding credit check, some said the sim is on the way. Latest call 72 hours ago undertook a credit check supposedly and said will contact me without fail in 24-48 hours

    @virginmedia 18 hours to respond to my tweet. It’s a shame that is quick by your standards. Service today is as bad as ever. It’s not a problem with my area, just awful kit you provide, incorrect settings and conflicts with work network that can only be fixed by Virgin.

    @virginmedia I’ve had a text to say our issue will be resolved by 1/12 but this seems to be a continuous issue and I have a child trying to do schoolwork from home due to Covid so it’s vital our BB is working and for our heating too which works via wifi.
