@virginmedia The current wired speed is similar to the Wi-Fi speed and currently very good with 332mb download. Yesterday, my computer which is plugged directly into the router had either no internet connection connection or very slow. I had to use my phone as a hotspot for most of the day

Just off the phone once again with @virginmedia. Tivo box is really slow wont let me watch iplayer, Netflix or YouTube or even catch up shown on demand. Wanted to replace with the V6 box...... only to be told no I have to take a replacement Tivo box.... no choice in the matter

@virginmedia can you look at the poor network reliability in NN15 please? Yet again our internet is down. Last Friday the connection was so poor we teathered from a @ThreeUK mobile to GoogleMeet friends as your service was unuseable.
