    @virginmedia so. I left virgin media in October after 19 years, not that I wanted to. I just was fed up of new customers getting a better deal. Now I keep getting billed and its up to £150. How can I stop this. Been on the phone 20mins but had to put it down 😤😤😤

    @virginmedia Yes they told me to pay £5/month in order to get a booster signal. I have a small house, not a mansion. I can't tell my 3 year old boy to go in the living room in order to watch his tablet at bedtime. And £5/month it is a lot.

    @virginmedia I ordered virgin on 17/2 no permit was applied for until the week my install was due (13/3) I got a text at 9pm the night before saying it couldn’t happen and now workmen have today told me they need another permit to dig up further down the road!!!

    @virginmedia We have been having issues for years but never as bad as this. Used to be able to connect outside but now on occasion i’ll disconnect from the wifi when i’m next to the router! We have had your staff come look at it before but its never been fixed.

    @virginmedia Yes, that's why I've said there are issues in my area. Your tech desk says the issue will be solved by 24th. That's three days including today. We're in a pandemic, people are working remotely and Virgin is failing their customers hard. This is unacceptable.
