I have just rebooted my hub twice and now WiFi ‘seems’ to be working. I would like an engineer to come to my house and swap my hub as I think it is the hub that is causing the issue

Even though my fault is different to the one that’s already been reported they cannot help and I have to phone back in 48 hours. Asked what the fault is no one can actually tell me. Error code is different

Can a manager please call me to discuss this further on Friday as I’m not available until then.

All I know is that the internet and TV went down, your site said the problems would be fixed by 6pm and I signed up to be notified when it was sorted. The email came just after 6pm... Internet's still kapputt.

Have asked for this to be escalated to a formal complaint

So i popped round to chat with my friend about their issues and together we called customer services to discuss - the best they offered was half hour wait to go over the technical faults for the 10000th time or £90 to sell her a new box....
